Amplitude is an extremely powerful tool that I would recommend to anyone
What do you like best about the product?
It is much easier to use than alternatives. I have experience working with Google Analytics, Looker, and Adobe Analytics and looker is the most user friendly out of the bunch. Once data is sent into Amplitude, it is extremely easy to filter/get usable insights from using their segmentation tool. I learn new things about our users everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of utm values in amplitude that aren't being used anymore. It'd be helpful to understand how many times on average each utm value is being used without me having to specifically select those values in my analysis to figure that out. This is currently done for events (I can see how many times each event is being fired, but not for values such as utm parameters. It'd be helpful to have it for both)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to:
1. Easily figure out stat sig for A/B tests
2. Understand more about my users (via funnel diagrams, segmentation, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to display the growth and conversion of the product that you are offering to C-Level staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Innacuracy on the count of events that it takes into consideration, there is a lot of false positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting - as most CRM are not able to properly combine tables or classes to build out dashboards.

I like it because it saves my time which is great and also they are improving the product continuously

Certain analyses cannot be performed using Amplitude, such as the ability to track metrics at two distinct time points simultaneously.

It makes funnel analysis extremely intuitive and simple, even for non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can get confusing sometimes, and it occasionally gets slow while making graphs with larger event volumes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding conversion funnels for users, and actions that users take becomes much simpler with Amplitude. The graphs can be customized to be super informative, which makes sharing information to the rest of the company a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pull data out and look up segment events even when i don't remember exactly what it's called. Easy to switch views.

Need to adapt to the redesigned interface and menu organization

I'm able to see product performance without having to go through product management. This helps me understand user behaviour and informs research.

Easy for non-programmers so that I can work independently from my team and create charts on my own time as a Product Manager

You need to spend a lot of time getting data in before you can harvest benefits of analytics

Has helped give accurate indications of the projectile of the charts by helping create useful charts and funnels that help with the overall app journey. Would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The explanation of some aspects can get slightly difficult sometimes. This could be improved by helping with a glossary of sorts at those stages as well instead of assuming as a given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in optimizing certain user journeys like onboarding on the app and also understands how the new shipping features are performing to help with planning the corrective recourse.
