First time working with Druva, pleased with the product
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is easy to use while meeting all of the requirements of the buisness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be more verbose, but it does the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing seamless backups in SMB, even for the admin with many hats.

Druva is so much easier to use and keeps my data secure.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it was to implement and the ongoing use and maintenace of backups. The peace of mind that it brings because it checks all the right security checkboxes helps me sleep better at night.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure I can point to anything that I dislike about Druva except for maybe the price. We all wish things were a bit less expensive but for the features and security that Druva brings to the table, I can live with the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone can do backups. Druva helps me mitigate ransomeware by makeing them nativly air gapped and adding to my security team by activly monitoring for ransome ware, large data changes, encryption and deletes. Not to mention they have a team standing by to help me perform "Disaster Recovery" should my backups become infected. As a very small, in house, IT Team, having that kind of support is a very comforting and lets me focus on the larger day to day operations and corporate growth I need to keep up with.
User friendly, easy to use and configure, and the ransomware protection and recovery is great!!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps protect our data and be ready to respond to any cyber attach through the advanced ransomware protection and recovery feature, as well as having an easy way to restore data from M365 environment if needed with few clicks.

The product is fairly inuitive and easy to learn to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be quicker to get a hold of technical support. It usually takes more than an hour to get assistance but once its there is great.

Solves the need to store backup off site. Plus it resolves our retension requirements
Druva has been a life saver for us

The reliability adn peace of mind to know that our users data is backed up and secure. The ability to manipulate that data in many different ways to give out users the best experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The restores can be hit or miss with timing.

It provides us with our O365 cloud backups and device backups.
Druva Cloud Best Data Protection Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Druva Data Security Cloud is its integration with Cloud_native environments. Its provide Comprehensive Data Protection without the need of too much complex infra. Its easy to use. Also easy to mange across varios workloads. Its best part is its centralized Management console, its offers great visibility and control as well as simple administration for data protection. You can implement this in one day also, if this for M365 backup or Gsuite also if you are having some asset management tools for install the agent on endpoints, so Insync implementation also easy and it will get completed between 2-3 days if there is 1000 more endpoints also.
Customer support of Druva also good. You can raise request through support portal or if you required immediate solution you can directly call to support and get a avaialble engineer to solve your queries. Now there is AI Bot function also start to help you on your queries or troubleshooting.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike about Druva, but only one thing that there are some setup where we need some advanced learning on so of its features, such as NAS proxy, Azure proxy etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solve problem of challenges we are facing to manage data protection across multiple cloud environments. Its helpful for compliance with its data retention policies. Its having centralize console, its help to backup, recover process smoothly. Its reduces data loss and downtime.
Easy to use along with a great support team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the set up process is. We use Druva to protect our critical data on both VMware and Hyper-V, as well as InSync to backup our M365 workloads on a daily basis. I also really appreciate that Druva makes an effort to reach out to their customers and preemptively check on the health of our environment to ensure we are getting the most out of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface when doing file level restores can be improved to make it easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's critical in any business to have secure and reliable backups. Druva solutions make this easy without having to invest in additional hardware. For teams that are on the smaller side, Druva is the perfect solution to help with the responsibilities of managing backup systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implamentation. Weekly and month sync meetings has been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any issues with the Druva product.

Providing a secure platform with high bit encryption to secure our data.
