The simplicity of management for the product.

The troubleshooting of error logs seems to be problematic with the support staff.

Simplified endpoint backups. Ease of file restores.

Easy to use console and great support
What do you like best about the product?
We have had very good results using this for our employee device backups. Our company is completely virtual so backing up was important. The process was very easy to install the agent and configure the portal settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
we have not had any issues or dislikes with insync
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving the problem of having workstations all over the continent and a need to be able to quickly restore data or salvage data when a workstation is lost/erased.
Druva Phoenix
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Druva Phoenix for a few years now in our district and it has proven to be well worthe the resources. The ability to tie this in with Amazon Web Services and back up our servers in the cloud is extremely beneficial and very cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not discovered anything that is a downside with Phoenix Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are backing up our AWS servers and data and keeping a truly off-site real time backup. If we ever suffer a catastrophic failure or need to rebuild in a hurry, Druva Phoenix's resources will surely be of benefit to us.

What do you like best about the product?
We love druva because the backups make them very fast, reliable a,nd always available, their way of working is the best tool we have

Any problem with Druva, i think Druva is the best option to make backups

Thanks to Druva we forget backups in physical equipment, we have everything at hand in the cloud
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best option because the speed to make and restore a backup is lovely; in addition to the many improvements that are made continuously, they make administration very easy.

Easy to use, easy customer recovery of files.

That I'm being forced to move to the hosted solution for more money. We will be transitioning to OneDrive backup to prevent the additional costs.

Desktop backup solution for campus users.
Great backups, a little sad on the downloads/restores

The software is great at backing up what is targeted, including Exchange 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloads for admins for Exchange 365 data comes as a zip file and not as a PST....so you get all the emails as eml files in one big zip.

A great service to securely backup and host files
What do you like best about the product?
The auditing system to know who has shared files and the ability to control that. We can clearly see what has been shared, who it has been shared with, and revoke that access if needed which is very powerful. With dropbox you wouldn't be able to control who has access to files once a link is shared or sent somewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system won't sync and requires some tweaking to get working again. Thankfully, the technical support team at Druva are very reliable and quick to resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File auditing in a gov cloud environment that certain clients require. It has given us access to a wider client base due to the gov cloud and auditing system.
Druva Backup
What do you like best about the product?
Peace of mind - if anything goes wrong,, if the equipment is damaged or stolen, we can recover the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complicated to try to retrieve a specific file from the backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the security and data loss issues when equipment is damaged or stolen.
