Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is perfect solution for our Organization
What do you like best about the product?
1. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud can stored data and restore them very effortlessly.
2. We restored user's mailbox to other user's exchange online and they can use it without any issue.
3. Configuring user's profile and mapping them with Azure Security Groups make things very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. User interface can be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud provide us data backup of our Office 365 applications like Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams etc. It's backup up daily snapshots and we can restore any snapshot we want and restore it to any destination we want.
Data protection makes Easy
What do you like best about the product?
the lightweight Agent on system which makes it easy to take your all data back and protected it. it has inbuilt data protection plan formats to choose what need to be protected/ backups. in my 2 years of product use we only contacted support 1 time because it has a smooth setup
What do you dislike about the product?
The backup console can be more optimized and direct backup on Azure storage for end customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we wanted a lightwaight backup agent system that can take backups of our VIP users and we choose druva and it works well on roaming users
Extemely Reliable Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to restore backups and easy to manage backups. Process runs reliably across the entire enterprise with very little oversight required. Alerts come when something has not worked properly and the console makes it easy to mitigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to speak of but we are moving most of our workloads to Azure. So we are waiting for the Azure VM backup feature to be rolled out which I am told is happening soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva makes it easy to restore backups in a timely manner either to the same machine or to a different machine. We have used this when one of our hypervisors was not functioning correctly to great success.
It just works. Whenever and wherever.
What do you like best about the product?
The only limitation is your locations bandwidth. If you can get to the internet, you can get your backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside. There is a small learning curve for the service, but any questions I had, support was able to answer quickly.

Safe and secure off-site backups.
Best Cloud Solution for Backup and Restoration
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place for the all the backup for the on-prem devices as well as cloud resources.We are currently using Druva for multiple applications and it has been working well
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such but only one thing of the credits on the portal take sometime to replicate. The cost of all the products when taken as a bundle could be lowered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva has provided us a simple and easy to use backup and recovery solution. With the single pane of glass we are able to view our M365, Server, workloads and air gapped copies of backup

What do you like best about the product?
The feature of this product provide a simple, easy and quick to get restore data. For data retention, it's by far one of the best in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not find any issue or dislike about Druva today. As alway, there is room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Druva to resolve our issue with physical tapes, storage partner and quick respond in data restoration.
Druva Backup Solutions - PowerSchool Review
What do you like best about the product?
We like that Druva offers a multitude of backup solutions in a single package for Virtualization and SaaS platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Druva to provide an air gapped,immutable, and online backups for virtualization and infrastructure.
I recommend Druva for its ease of use and great support.

Druva is easy to use and set up in our environment. I appreciate the quick support and the dedicated staff which are available any time we need them. The product is easy to use and runs without any major issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on what is using credits are sometimes hard to interpret.

Druva is making sure that our data is secure. We have used it in many ways including Hyper-V Backups, OneDrive and Sharepoint, and FileServer.
Calm and collected, reliable data recovery
What do you like best about the product?
During a moment when someone has lost some important data, deleted what was later to be a key email or simply need to restore some of the Azure AD & SharePoint infrastructure... Druva takes away the worries and fears by delivering a quick, reliable and simple process.
Restoring an individual email, mailbox or lost file has never felt so relaxed and quick. Lightning fast search on an easy to use interface allows us get back to our end-users in record time. Our Microsoft environments are fully covered and Druva provides that peace of mind, notifying us only if something is out of the ordinary or backups have not complete. Which is a rare occasion.
Knowing we can add endpoints on multiple OS and our web apps in Azure too, it provides best in class SaaS backup services. Locking backups and removing .exe files on the backup process adds an extra layer of cyber security protection and ways to recover more easily from ransomware.
SSO for our own staff to self-service their own mailboxes and OneDrive is icing on the cake!

It can seem scary, the webinars may seem complex but Druva pulls your SaaS backups into the 21st century. Stick with it, chat to one of the team and take some time to understand the scope of the offering and begin with key services to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva provides true peace of mind after migrating away from on-prem MacOS servers into a Microsoft Azure AD and SharePoint stack. An evolutionary move requires and evolutionary backup system and we scoped Druva before taking the leap to ensure our backups were best in class and peace of mind from day one. Self-service SSO allowing our team to access their own backup with their existing credentials along with a speedy interface for our IT team backup and restoration has never been so easy.

Ease of use, user friendly, easy management for taking care of backups. Single pane of glass for endpoint backups as well as server backups. Quick and easy support for issues as well.

Credit consumption management. Tools for tracking and using credits for server backups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Server backups & 365 backups. Includes File-level ,VM , or SQL backups making a flexible choice when confronted with different problems or issues. Exchange online & OneDrive are also being take care of making for peace of mind with out data across the board.
