Simple to administer o365 backup
What do you like best about the product?
Druva data resiliency cloud is a breeze to use, it is simple and intuitive to administer and we've encountered no problems at all in using the product. Also, onboarding was very simple too

at this moment, we haven't found any downsides to the product

we are heavy office365 users and had no back up at all, so Druva Data Resiliency Cloud not only covered off a big risk for us, but also compliance requirements.

Ability to have an all in one solution to cover backup needs for all my software / hardware

It allowed us to get rid of our physical Disaster Recovery facility and rely directly on the cloud to eliminate a single point of failure for our data.

Solid backup recovery solution with a great support team that is dedicated to ensure you have full intended coverage and you know how to work with the service to recover your data if needed.

No downsides that we experienced as of now. So far, so good!

M365 data recovery is "best effort". This fills in the gap with a true backup of all M365 data.
Druva is the best cloud backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
Druva deploys instantly and is scalable for all clients. Having the flexibility to quickly deploy to any customer has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found a downside yet. All of our deployments, management, and support have all been wonderful.

On-demand DR allows our customers to have resiliency for on-prem to cloud DR whenever they need it.
Druva has gone beyond our data backup expectations!
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Druva have a centralized location for all our backups; the console GUI is easy to go from one product and add-on to the other. It has made our admin job much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Phoenix credit consumption model is a little challenging to get used to at first and needs monitoring.
It must be analyzed and looked at consistently to keep consumption in check.

It helps us deduce our data to save credits and money. The bandwidth also is saved this way.
The technical and customer support ensures all our issues are taken care of urgently, on a 24/7 basis- which reduces the time consumption of our IT admin team.

The Support staff is attentive and helpful.
The Druva documentation is comprehensive and deep.

What do you dislike about the product?
The renewal price increase every year is something we're not a fan of. For preserve licenses I think it would be better to have a pool than charge per mailbox/user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
M365 user data backup, Ransomeware protection and preserving data for terminated employees. We use it to follow our data retention policy, and saves us money because we can remove M365 E5 licenses from termed employees without losing their data.
