Great Option for FedRAMP and GovCloud Users
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is a great affordable option for backing up M365 and Google Workspaces data. We are also excited to see that Druva is FedRAMP certified, as this is important for meeting CMMC requirements in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much we do not like; they are very affordable as a competitor beating out VEEAM and Backupify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An on-premise backup server without remote connection and basic redundancy is being replaced by cloud backup solutions that offer much greater recovery opportunities.

Druva offers excellent security and backup features!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Druva is the SCIM provisioning method for new users coming in. SSO is also great for security and safety purposes; these procedures are also frequently changed, which is a good touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better automation and details could be displayed on the statuses of the previous backups so that they can be automatically analyzed and pushed for the future; this would be a valuable feature to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva has made our life easy from the compliance and data retention policies point of view. Whenever somebody leaves the company we can apply leg holds and other policies to make sure the data can be safely retried in future.

It's pretty much a set it and forget it solution. We set our policies once and then didn't have to look back.
The backups are also air-tight, immutable and stored on the secure AWS cloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we're pleased with Druva; we're still getting used to Druva and don't really have many complaints. Druva could do better by adding more functionality of backing up some virtual workloads and DropBox.

Druva has helped ensure we're meeting our compliance requirements by backing up our data in accordance with the legal holds and similar requirements.

Druva backs up our data in a timely fashion and the restorals are super quick! Their customer service has been amazing during our transition.

Druva is one of the best backup solutions which caters to all IT Backup requirements.

Druva helped us with Configuring Backups with different Geo-Locations as per the local security/GDPR/PII norms. We were able to scale our operations seamlessly with predefined templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva has been exceptionally great in terms of backing up our various workloads. However, the data governance and cyber resiliency add-on h been game changers for us. It has helped us to identify unusual activity and ransomware protection has been a phenomenon.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been instances when backups have failed however no notification was sent to the admin. It was only after the admin logged in for routine review that the issue was identified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva is helping us protect our data in multiple regions. Before Druva, we only had on-premise backups of various servers. They were vulnerable to cyber-attacks. With our movement to cloud with Druva not only has all our servers been secured , we were also able to expand to other regions without requiring additional charges .

Druva i helping us backup and restore multiple devices. they help us meet our regulation requirment . They also help us retain data for exployees with cirtical data that have left the organisation

I like that it is cloud-based, easy to use, and you can set it and forget it while monitoring the emails on the backup status.

I have not found anything I dislike about the product at this time. It is a great production and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Druva can protect your workloads where ever they are located. Having a full overview and management from a single dashboard is so essential for full visibility of data, location, and protection. The solution is easy to deploy and manage and can flex as the business moves data around.
What do you dislike about the product?
While very functional, the 365 self-service portal for the end users could be made to look more like the main admin console. The central admin console has the best UX in this market and is easy to navigate

Businesses are generally using multiple solutions for the different locations of data. Druva changes this and brings it all into a single package. Most companies are on a cloud journey and having the ability to backup data from an on-premise DC without hardware is becoming a big requirement as IT Managers no longer wish to buy and support hardware
