Best Back Up Program I Have Seen In My Years Of IT Support
What do you like best about the product?
Its one Dashboard for different Products. Its UI is userfriendly and is easy to perfrom Backups and Restores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing At this moment. Feature Requests are already provided to CSM and is on their Roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Veaam previously with Onprem backups, and AWS S3 Buket for Cloud. This was a complex approach to a easy task. When we first got POC with Druva, i was really impressed with its features. I didn't have to pay twice for Could and onprem. Process was way easier to backup and restore the server/Endpoints and O365 Data. Everything is inculded under 1 umbrella.

Druva is best for backups & copying Data
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of manual back ups, Druva does provides us with the automated backups, getting the data to the lower enviornments was a tedious task but Druva helps us to get data through sandbox seeding
What do you dislike about the product?
Displaying an error on the UI is good for us to fix them instead of creating Support tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us in backing up the data and copying the data to lower environments

What do you like best about the product?
Been using Druva for over 8 years and have never had an issue with recovering data. Backups are easy to configure and just work with little administration. Druva Team reaches out multiple times a year to check in and help improve your experience if possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes find alerts regarding licensing threshold being reached to be a bit overkill but others in a fast growing business would require to make changes. Mabye something that those notifications can have additional preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have come across needing to find emails of staff member no longer with the company. User was in the preserved state and we could recover any emails business required. Also with staff travelling, laptops have been stolen or lost when traveling. Druva inSync has helped us locate at times and recover any data back to users replacement laptop. We prefer users to not save any data locally but there is always something.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva is an easy to use product, that gives me peace of mind. I know my data is securely backed up and is immutable and air-gapped from my production workloads.

The Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is a great platform, but the reporting interface could be improved.

It is helping us with our Cyber Insurance requirements of providing immutable backups.

Efficienct, easy to use and strong sense of data safetu and protection.

There are some bugs in the interface sometimes, and opening a Support ticket involves logging into a different section of the console which is a little time-consuming.

It helps us not having a lot of tech hardware and IT resources in-house for managing our backup and restore needs.

Druva - A LIFESAVER when it comes to backup and restores
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is a SET IT, FORGET IT model. Works like a charm. It has been flawless from day one, and when it comes to our backups and restores. The overall UI experience has been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints whatsoever with the UI. Everything section of the console works fine with you for the UI/UX enhancements. There is nothing that we can point out that we dislike about Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it takes for backups and restores has been reduced from hours to minutes with Druva in place. The data for our server workloads were available when we required it in case of disaster scenarios.

The cost of the platform was a consideration during our purchase process. However, it has been well worth the IT spend.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva has been seamless regarding backups, and the overall experience has been fantastic. No issues with the console. All work fine with the new enhancements that have been pushed recently.

No complaints; everything goes through without any errors. There is no negative feedback for Druva as we got what we expected from the product, and the experience has been unique. No dislikes

Druva is helping backup our File and SQL servers, and we benefited when we needed our data to be restored. Druva has solved all our backup and restore problems

Sometimes the IP restrictions and geofencing features make it hard to perform backup and restore when out of the office.

Druva helps us by providing us the backup solution for SaaS applications like M365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint) that aren't easily backed up by traditional methods.
