The Tool of Quick Wins
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is powerful. Zoning and replays are great. The Chrome extension is fantastic for anyone in the business to grab quick wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the data when sampled can be difficult. Had a high turnover of CSMs on our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped massively with improving UX across our site for both new and old areas and products/features.
A smart application for analysis!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this software!!! It will definitely help you.
Easy to Understand User Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can see exactly what the user is doing and gather that information from multiple users to create a heatmap. This will give the designers a map on to make better design decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually never used it, rather was given the feedback/info from our Marketing partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Design Decisions
- CTA A/B Testing
- Landing page length

What do you like best about the product?
I like Journey Analysis the best of all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Page Comparator the best of all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's so helpful to find the page the user is looking for with Journey Analysis.
Able to perform detailed analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Since you can see the user's movements, it is easier to understand the user's psychological state, which may be difficult to notice with just numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the range of past data that can be viewed is short. Being able to view data for more than six months would make analysis easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to improve the CVR of the LP.
For those who regularly use heatmap tools and want to delve deeper into analysis, I would recommend it.
What do you like best about the product?
Session replay. In terms of deciphering commonalities from actual user movements and identifying critical issues even with a small sample size, there is no more effective analysis than session replay.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many UI aspects and features. The UI, especially the mapping, is convenient, but it's a feature that can't be fully utilized without a certain understanding of the site structure, so I feel that Clicktale was easier to specify and had more flexibility. While it's appreciated that the functionality is being expanded, it's problematic if it can't be changed when it doesn't match our company's level. We want a plan that allows us to choose the features we want to use and customize according to the scale of our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The filtering effect in recruitment activities. Basically, since we hire inexperienced individuals, heat maps, which can be grasped intuitively rather than through knowledge, are very useful as a filter to assess a person's enthusiasm and sense for web marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A tool that is extremely useful for recruitment and education, serving as a catalyst to spark interest in web marketing. It is not just an analytical tool, but also contributes to personal motivation enhancement and organizational level improvement.
The range of analysis is wide, but it is difficult to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Use "zoning analysis." This allows you to check which parts of the landing page are being viewed and which buttons have a high click-through rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Journey analysis" is not used very often. I can't imagine a scenario for its use, and I don't really understand how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to identify issues in the landing page redesign. Since you can observe user behavior, it is useful for redesigns and creating new landing pages.
A detailed analysis was done.
What do you like best about the product?
Journey analysis, especially utilizing zoning, is being used. It has been helpful since it wasn't visible in GA before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because detailed settings can be made, when checking things like heat maps, you can't view them without setting each one individually for SP and PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to conduct analyses that were not visible before on the corporate site, which had been difficult to analyze until now. Additionally, journey analysis, which couldn't be seen with GA and was previously based on assumptions, can now be properly viewed as numerical data, which is a positive development.
Contentsquare Review
What do you like best about the product?
I think the ability to conduct a wide range of analyses with a single tool is appealing. Additionally, while the mapping function might feel burdensome until you get used to it, I find it convenient because by creating several maps with different levels of granularity, you can "obtain the desired information at the desired granularity."
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it takes time to get used to and master it because it has many features. If you're only using about half of the many features, you might consider switching to a less expensive tool with fewer features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, I find it easier to visually grasp information compared to other analysis tools, and I simply have more opportunities to use it. In particular, zoning and journey are helpful for A/B testing and evaluating the effects of site modifications. I often use the workspace recently because it allows me to gather and measure only the metrics I want to see, and it's easy to create.
