ContentSquare vous permet d'analyser le parcours de l'utilisateur et d'identifier les points de douleur au sein de la page. De plus, grâce au module de "Quantification de l'impact", il est possible d'évaluer l'impact de certains comportements des utilisateurs et de planifier des actions basées sur le chiffre d'affaires estimé. Contentsquare nous permet d'améliorer la performance web grâce à des micro-optimisations ux/ui. L'utilisabilité de l'outil est parfaite, et le support est toujours rapide et efficace, réalisé par des personnes extraordinaires.

Rien, j'aime tout à propos de l'outil, et je n'ai aucune suggestion.

Grâce aux données de Contentsquare, nous pouvons mieux planifier les actions pour améliorer l'expérience et le parcours utilisateur. Nous pouvons également mieux comprendre l'utilisateur et les points de friction. CS nous aide à formaliser des tests A/B significatifs et des actions qui s'avèrent réussies. Le bénéfice est une augmentation des conversions avec moins d'efforts pour toutes les équipes.

The ease of use of the tool and the depth of the analysis we can get thanks to the different modules.

The data gap with analytics tools is hard to justify to the teams and makes us lose time to understand the reason of the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We analyze analysis before and after important revamping.
We use it to better understand the visitors' expectations and painpoints, and to justify/quantify any UX change.

Thanks to Contentsquare, I can understand my customers' behavior and fix all the minor bugs with a straightforward tool.
You don't have to be an expert to use it, it's very easy.

Ma partie préférée est l'analyse de zonage, qui permet de mesurer précisément l'engagement des utilisateurs avec une section particulière du site web. En tant que designer UX, la fonctionnalité de parcours utilisateur est également très utile pour identifier les blocages dans les flux et les éliminer rapidement.

Le temps de chargement et la performance générale pourraient être améliorés.

Les avantages l'emportent définitivement sur les inconvénients. Nous trouvons rapidement des problèmes après leur apparition et nous sommes capables de recueillir des informations objectives sans le biais qui pourrait survenir avec d'autres méthodes (comme les tests/analyse qualitatifs).

The product itself is crazy. You can make the right choice with the reliability data and can explore tons of segments.

Some minor bugs or slowness in the tool and sometimes the UX is not what is expected from this type of solution

The analysis modules are precise and the segmentation is advanced. The possibility to switch from one module to another based on an action. For example, a click on a button, it is possible to subsequently see the screen recordings containing this action.
