What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Qlik Sense is the active intelligence and modern visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Qlik Sense are the limitations when trying to customize certain views and/or objects. Sometimes I feel restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still new to Qlik Sense, so our initial plan is to use Qlik Sense to help our users anwser specific/important business questions and/or review specific/important business issues/trends.

The associative engine allows you to have all your data available at your fingertips

The documentation needs to be improved for their APIs. Lack of version control and built-in app distribution tool requires a lot of custom tooling and 3rd party vendor tools.

We are trying to allow the Qlik dashboard to be accessible. It is flexible enough to allow us to deploy in a multi-tenanted way

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which a user, even new to the tool, learns to use it.

Actually, in what I have of use, I have not lacked anything.

Previously we had Qlikview, and it was tough to perform analysis on mobile devices. With Qlik Sense, you just need to develop your app, which is available on any type of device.
Very good BI tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature in Qlik Sense is the possibility to adapt his associative engine to almost all databases. The upside of Sense is to use all its embedded web connectors. Plus, his embedded geo analytics features makes one of the most powerful BI tools today in the market.

The most unlikely feature of product is the impossibility to use it on Linux.

The need to add extensions beyond the out of box functions.

Updating our BI software to Qlik has allowed us to provide real time dashboards to clients. This allows for quick decison making to prevent issues.
Power and flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Qlik Sense is easy to configure to build powerful dashboards; the green, gray and white colors help discover relationships and insights of your data. The back-end is also very flexible; it enables you to connect and merge multiple data sources and apply complex transformations with high volumes of data. There are also many options to customize objects and charts. All these elements make Qlik a complete solution for enterprise analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables with many columns (more than 15 columns) and many rows (more than 10,000) are challenging to see and could impact end-user performance

Business problems solved by Qlik Sense apply to all areas (sales, production, purchasing, etc.) and industries (manufacturing, retail, finance, health, etc.).
Some examples include sales and forecast comparison, scrap reduction, part costs analysis, cost management, and so on.
The main benefits are the time to deploy, less than one month of development for complex dashboards, and few days for changes.
