No customer support, email ignored
The customer support experience has been extremely poor.
Our emails have gone completely unanswered, and there's no clear way to escalate urgent issues.
For a company of this scale, it's unacceptable to be left in the dark when critical identity services are involved.
If reliable support is important to your operations, I recommend evaluating alternatives.

Auth0 employs hostile/predatory pricing tactics
What do you like best about the product?
The service works well and is rarely down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. They were already expensive, then they recently raised pricing 300% (from $0.023 to $0.07), including for existing customers. This is unheard of and predatory after customers invested in the platform assuming the prior pricing model.
