Developer friendly product
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of useful libraries so that developers can implement authentication and authorization to their own applications easily.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used as the identity platform for many products
We love auth0, it is super easy to implement and has pretty powerful features to help you scale.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation, high level of polish and quality on the user facing pieces. Good API.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation could use some improvement, perhaps with 3 example organizations that come pre-configured and you can mess around with them. Or templates for common organizational setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Auth0 to solve internal and external identity, as well as to implement basic role based permissioning.

What I enjoy most is the simplicity with which Auth0 solves each type of authentication, however complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auth0 is so flexible that sometimes I am in doubt as to whether I am solving things the right way! This is a good problem to have...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single sign on and authentication of external (unknown) users from trusted third parties
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Observe best practices around Rules code and make sure you have enough tenants to support your development and deployment life cycle (to avoid the confusion that will arise from a pile up of similar objects in the same tenants!)
