What do you like best about the product?
This program is so easy to use and has helped us organize our customer service process and streamline it to provide a better service to our clients. The escalations and live chat features are my favourite

I have not yet had a negative experience with this program

Really Effective Tool for Customer Care

What do you like best about the product?
This program had a short learning curve and my coworkers in the customer care department found it to be a very useful tool. It was nice to be able to link communications from the same customer or lead and get a full picture of the conversation history. It allowed the capability to really learn about the customer and create personalized responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The link of all customer communications was not flawless. Sometimes additional steps were needed. In this company it was not an issue but could be if you have higher goals for replies, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allowed the ability to create a personalized experience for the customer whether they emailed weekly, monthly or had a year in between contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very useful to create statistics on call center communications. It's highly scalable and of course native to other Zendesk SaaS solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licence fees. It's very efficient if you use for small time but prices go higher by larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Zendesk for our technical support team.

Zendesk is excellent for call centers

What do you like best about the product?
We really like the implementation of channels in the Zendesk system. We like its ability to integrate with external storage platforms, and that its call center management and support tools are so convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like the price of Zendesk. $ 89 is expensive, even if it is your multi-tool suite. It does not offer document storage or automated routing. Zendesk does not have network monitoring either. You need to implement the addition of video calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our group has solved quite a few communication problems that we had constantly with our buyers. Now it is much easier to stay connected to them all the time, and you can have better feedback
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We simply recommend Zendesk for the management of the reports, and for those who specifically seek to improve the relationship with their customers. It's good to interact in many ways, such as email and phone

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is just how easy it is to use the support system is!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike only one item. That item would be the price you have to pay for it. I wish there was a free version other than the free trial. I did the free trial and got hooked on the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized how efficient it is for work! It helps to make my customer support interactions in one place, so communication is seamless, personal, and efficient!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have any. But i do think this Zendesk Support is an awesome tool!

I like it because it's a fast way to help customers instead of waiting for emails.

What I dislike is that sometimes there's a delay in the chat and it can cut off.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the way in which we can solve each question to our clients about any issue without much complication, this makes us feel better served, the clients of our company can sometimes be very demanding and we try to give it the best, through Zendesk we are sure of the comfort you feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Zendesk has mobile integration I prefer to use it directly from the platform, it is much better designed and does not cause too many problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It turns out to be a very useful application for our company, because with its tools each client can access and see for himself all the tickets, the support in real time is very well designed and we love it.

What do you like best about the product?
This program was very easy to use. Very easy to implement and learn how to use. They have a lot of great DIY resources. Integration with project management platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing glaring on the negative side of this software

Manage customer support tickets. Integrate support requests with development project management

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy and simple it is to track customer contacts from the first support inquiry through the whole process of troubleshooting or problem-solving from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't have between integration with my Shopify website and store. Rather than having to email the support address I'd love it if they'd roll out a plug-in capability for me to integrate directly in the Shopify interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been managing customer concerns about their order status or problems with the products they've received. Prior to this implementation I was simply using a basic Google form and it was difficult to track customer interactions throughout the process from start to finish; whereas ZenDesk has given me much better continuity and ability to track my resolution status easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it!

Great for small teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of integration options, easy to setup. High availability, very easy ticket management, and quick email responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
User management can be cumbersome. Also it takes a while to setup.
I wish the text editor supports markdown (maybe it does, I haven't found a way to enable it though)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide direct support to the users of our apps during large projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The triggers are extremely helpful. Especially when your team is small and no one is on it 24x7 - you can get notified right away when any issue occurs.
