The omni-channel capability and the agility when it comes to scaling operations.

Zendesk has always evolved along the voice of customer so no negatives.

Zendesk has transformed my Support operations to adopt a more proactive, predictive and preventive customer experience delivery. Zendesk has saved us so much time from the status go all the way to bau operations.

Easy to take tickets and put in your name, which makes reporting on users very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to integrate with other services such as Salesforce, but it's proving quite difficult.

Easy to log and report emails coming in through ur different email channels.

Actually there is nothing that I don't like. Perhaps too many limitations for cheaper plans, but overall, all is well

What do you like best about the product?
The most i like of Zendesk is that i can manage all the tickets my customers raises in a simple and easy way. Zendesk offers you a bunch of tools to manage all clients requests.

I don't dislike nothing, i think, as i said before in other terms, that zendesk is the best way to manage all my clients requests

Just manage customer requets, with zendesk i have more time to manage all my other daily tasks

I use zendesk for solving issues faced by my customers. Through zendesk customers need not need to call us for an update about anything related to our product

Zendesk is pretty much a self contained platform that analysis all quality control measure and call center metrics for the user. It's full of tutorials to assist the user will any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are any problems bigger than the regular things, customer service calls can be a bit long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service representatives operate in real time and all the best aspects of quality control are available for the representative to access.
