Enables another detailed view on processes, on the different variants used and the efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is very flexible and fast analysis of the different processes are possible; additional and different views compared to reporting systems
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really something I dislike - as usual you have to invest time to adapt tools to your organization and needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find Bottlenecks / improve processes due to visualization of variants
