What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that these reports/dashboards cannot be exported automatically on regular basis as a pdf-file to some email-address recipient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly working with FI-area, so I am identifying vendors "with problems" and try to find a reason for non-touchless posting, for instance.

What do you like best about the product?
A ground breaking technology that allows full visibility of our processes, identifying weak spots and bottleneck and making is easy and intuitive to act. The right leverage to transform data to information and to go from process sample analysis to full data analysis.

Complex adaptation of pre-developed extractors with our company's infrastructure requirements.

We have found several use cases for Celonis. We are leveraging the insight engine to identify process inefficiencies or non-compliance. provide efficiencies in the internal audit process and process metrics.

Live data from the ERP in a format/analysis you can devise according to needs

Maybe the datamodel could be more flexible and new connections possible according to needs of a dashboard

We are only at the start of the process, specifically for my project I now have ways to track DSO success and also anticipate on billing error rate for customers who will be onboarded into e-invoicing automation.
Celonis is more than just process analysis
What do you like best about the product?
We use Celonis not only as a process analysis tool, but also as a monitoring tool and workflow system. With the help of Celonis, you can keep an eye on your processes at all times. You can analyze weak points and continuously improve your process performance. Different decision-making levels have a transparent overview of how actual processes run internally. Optimizations can be implemented directly with Celonis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis requires a clear focus internally on data analytics, making data-driven decisions and implementing process optimizations. Therefore, you need clear and unambiguous management support to introduce and implement process improvements in your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have optimized the communication process in order processing through the use of Celonis and thus massively improved throughput times and quality in order processing. Open order items are routed to the responsible processing point in the company in a targeted manner as required without any loss of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good preparation before Celonis is implemented. Clarification of the responsibilities and special attention to the existence or creation of resources for data analysis and data science.
Ability to view process, alongside metrics/KPI's & underlying data, is true value realization
What do you like best about the product?
As title suggest, Celonis is powerful in identification of root cause of issue, thereby exposing process gaps and showing the opportunities for improvement. While traditional BI tools are in retrospect, capability to refresh with near real time data & visualize the bottleneck is useful. Also, product is now trying to center itself on action (rather than just reflecting the issue)
What do you dislike about the product?
In enterprise setup, ease with which it can interact with other applications or authentications (Kerberos support) can be improved, so that it can be adopted in scale in larger organizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Transparency, Root Cause Identification , Metric generation. While we are still early in the journey, we are using this as catalyst for data driven decision making system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While you might be skeptical of the benefits, as long as you have data foot print in some shape/ form, that can be transformed & used, it is worth trying this journey. We had initial doubts on quality of data. However, as long as you have activities & time stamps in good form, the results would be beneficial

Celonis ability to visualize the entire process flow and show hidden inefficiencies underlying within various data sets is absolutely amazing. Its a next gen tool to not only uncover potential friction points but also helps in generating insights to drive improvements.

Improvements can be made to the dashboards.

Celonis is enabling us to drive multiple transformation initiatives in different streams and across industries. Attaining full transparency around underlying processes have resulted in optimizing efficiency and improved customer experience.

Celonis put process mining on the map, globally. Celonis grew from process discovery to analysis, to conformance, to enhancement and is now expanding fast to become a one-stop shop for complete process management.

Licensing model; need to buy new functionality separately

Allowing process experts to visualize, analyze, improve and monitor processes end-to-end, across departments; triggering improvement actions, engaging process experts and owners.
