Celonis is the best Process Mining platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, UI, Dashboards, Process Conformance view and easy to use action flows to create a Control Centre for any Business Process. Pretty easy to deep dive into the process with just few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis pricing is a bit on the more expensive side which creates barrier to entry a bit more difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis is providing end to end visibility into the business process which allows to unlock optimization potential of the process.
It allows to create Digital Twin of the process which makes sure that the processes are optimized in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is an amazing platform to boost your business processes by identifying the execution gaps and resolving them. It can handle a huge amount of data and transform them into information required to smooth the execution of your business. it can also provide automated actions required to make the process run more efficiently. They also provide a free learning platform. There are certifications for different levels of employees. The dashboards are visually appealing and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis being a powerful tool, It has its downsides too.
1. Difficult to learn and understand even though they provide a learning platform.
2. The time for implementation into the PROD environment is long.
3. Difficult to integrate into other applications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Celonis for SAP ERP operations along with RPA tools for automation. The initial investment and effort were huge however the benefits realized were worth it. Once we added the logic behind for analysis it is easy to get the results in a few simple clicks in the future. It is quick and free of mistakes. The internal operations were more streamlined after celonis implementation which improved the operational efficiency and It increased business agility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It requires an act of courage to successfully implement celonis. It is a tough job initially but not an impossible job. it is suitable if the process volume is huge and the users involved in each hierarchy are more. Once we implement it there is no going back. It gives a positive direction to your business.

Over all tool is excellent, However Ui can be improved and Visual loading in dashboards is taking longer time which is bit disappointing at time.

Tool is being used by multiple team and able to solve the following problem:

The lack of versioning in some aspects of the software, meaning that if you make a mistake in a data extraction it's not easy to go back to a working version.

We are analysing our business to find out what we *actually* do, rather than what we *think* we do. This has given us insight into process failures.

Experts must do the development and data model construction given the technical difficulty.

Process optimization, identify bottlenecks and steps that could be enhanced (in the processes) as well as savings from avoiding deviations or unwanted scenarios.

Customer service is a great feature. Consider including consultancy when implementing the tool.
Powerful practice, wonderful tool for this practice, need to focus on business impact.

We focus mainly on the P2P and AP processes in the future and have started with minimal business cases. While benefits realized to date have not been very tangible, we have high hopes that with further implementation and expansion into the business a larger value will be realized.

Have the discussion of dedicating resources and how you want to drive Celonis into the business early into your journey. Without the proper internal support or organization adoption is difficult.
