What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time customer data integration that Tealium Customer Data Hub offers, as it seamlessly combines data from various sources like websites, apps, and servers into a singular customer view. This unification allows for real-time segmentation and personalized interactions across multiple channels, which is incredibly beneficial for marketing teams that rely on up-to-date insights. Another aspect I appreciate is the extensive integration ecosystem offered by Tealium Customer Data Hub, which includes over 1,300 prebuilt integrations with platforms such as CRM, analytical tools, advertising networks, and flexible APIs. This vast array of integrations simplifies the process of connecting different tools and enhances the platform's overall utility and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Tealium Customer Data Hub's steep learning curve and high cost. There are performance issues, especially when scaling up, with some users reporting lag and slow performance during high volumes of data processing. Real-time processes can be affected when handling large datasets. Additionally, customer support can be slow to respond during critical issues, leading to delays in ticket resolution and a lack of proactive assistance. Another downside is the limited customization in reporting features and change management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Tealium Customer Data Hub excels in real-time customer data management, integrating data from various sources for segmentation and compliance management, benefiting marketing teams with up-to-date insights and extensive tool integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it allows business to segment customers into dynamic audiences based on behaviours and attributes is something I like the most and I think business of all sizes needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial implementation and ongoing cost is kind of substantial which includes expenses for software licensing, hardware, customization and employee training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT Bottleneck: The biggest problem solved is the elimination of dependencies on IT for manual data extraction and list pulls

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the graphical interface of Tealium Customer Data Hub as it is user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to teach and handle, not just for myself but also for other people in my company. It's intuitive and doesn’t require much time to learn, which is a significant advantage because it allows us to find what we want easily. Additionally, the way the software handles data is commendable. The structured nature of the data management really helps in quickly finding the necessary information, saving time in our daily operations. Integrations with tools are another feature that I find beneficial, as they enhance the functionality of the Tealium Customer Data Hub, although there is room for improvement in this area. The overall setup process was smooth and efficient, largely because of the support from the team who assisted us with the integration, making the process swift and uncomplicated. This ease of setup was crucial for us, as it was our first time integrating such a tool, and it being user-friendly was a decisive factor in choosing it. The experience so far has been positive, reflecting good value and fairness in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more integrations with external tools, such as Microsoft Teams. Additionally, the ability to share data with external companies could be improved. An improved version of data extraction would also be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tealium Customer Data Hub to organize customer data centrally, enabling seamless data sharing within my company and integrations with external tools. Its intuitive interface is easy for my team to learn and operate, and it structures data efficiently, reducing the time to find information.

What do you like best about the product?

The support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever needed.

So far, there’s nothing major to dislike. The platform works smoothly and delivers on what it promises. If anything, the learning curve at the beginning can feel a bit steep, but once you get familiar with it, everything becomes straightforward and efficient.

Tealium Customer Data Hub helps unify data from different tools and sources, giving us a complete and accurate customer view. The main challenge is usability for building audiences or connecting new data sources often feels too technical for a non-developer. The documentation sometimes lacks the depth or clarity needed to troubleshoot quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the Tealium Customer Data Hub has significantly helped us automate workflows, saving time that we can redirect to client engagement and better managing customer flows. Its real-time information updates are crucial for keeping our data correct and actionable. I also love the platform's customizability, which allows it to be adapted to meet specific team needs effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup and integration with different platforms and CRM to be quite difficult. This was especially challenging because I hadn't worked with a platform like this before, and many aspects weren't very intuitive. The learning curve was steep, and it took some time to get used to using it. Additionally, I would prefer if the platform were more user-friendly, so less time would be spent on integration at the beginning. Enabling more actions to be done using Enter rather than clicking would also improve usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Tealium streamlines automation and consolidates customer data, saving time and providing real-time updates for efficient client management.

What do you like best about the product?
Tealium is an excellent platform for tag integration and consent management. I've been using it for over a year and find it highly user-friendly and flexible, especially for managing complex tagging requirements. Implementation is straightforward, and the platform adapts well to various business needs.

Special thanks to Luke Engle from the Customer Support team, who has been consistently supportive and quick to assist with troubleshooting. His problem-solving skills are exceptional, and he’s our go-to expert for any Tealium configuration challenges. His support has been invaluable in ensuring smooth operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When requesting a new tag for a vendor tool that is not currently available, we have a couple of alternatives. If the specific option is missing, we can use the Tealium custom container as a workaround. Alternatively, the Tealium generic tag can also be used in such cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium Customer Data Hub has been instrumental in helping us address situations where we receive new tagging requests but cannot locate the appropriate vendor tag. The team consistently provides alternative solutions and offers clear guidance on new updates, ensuring we stay informed. Since we have been using Tealium for almost three years, some of our tags were outdated, but the team assisted us in updating them to the latest version and guided us through the process.
