Best Server for hosting web apps or BackEnd Services.
What do you like best about the product?
I've found no other glinux server on which setting up the prerequisites for Web Deployment is as easy and flexible as Ubuntu. It provides flexibility for installing LAMP stack and over it also provide certain tools to manage the memory and traffic over its network stream . I've been using it sence past 2 Years and it works flawless for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I feel is that as its growing rapidly the server is not as light as it was used to be in the past . Now it's a little heavier than before as compare to other Ubuntu based Linux servers like Zorin .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's provides all the tools some one requires for cloud computing and network stream management for Web apps . load balancing is quite easy and flexible to achieve for cloud servers.

What do you like best about the product?
The boot speed of Ubuntu is fantastic. it is user-friendly and secure Linux Compared to windows you can say it is 10 times faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit less support for native games. the number of open source games is also very less. the upgrade process can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is faster so it is saving my time. The other big problem is licensing. As it is open source, for startups it is cost-saving.

Software programming is good on ubuntu. It's easy to use for house and Office .

Kernel is based on Linux so it's best optimized and easy to use.
Also it is an open source OS hence no need to license it.

Lack of UI based modification makes it difficult for beginners to use.

Ubuntu sever gives best options to run open source softwares as a severe. Being light weight it's easy to install and run.
Best OS with security and speed
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i link about ubuntu is that i dont need to buy licence for various software , it has no fancy games and UI that slow down system . For a professional Like me it ie best think , there are no distractions

the only thing i dislike about Ubuntu is that it is not easy for a newbie.My father uses My laptop for the accounting purpose of his family business, he is not tech savvy and feels more comfortable in Windows

The best thing Is that I don't need an Antivirus , IN windows you cannot work without an antivirus , and once you have an antivirus , windows will slow down and hangs

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install/use and able to install/compile anything which make it very convenient for the developer and the security features which make the IT admin work so easy.Hassle free to update to the new version and regular security patch which make the OS more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently the use of Netplan as default to config the network using YML make beginners hard time to config multiple gateway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very much easy to deploy and software available on reporistry make us to save time on deploying backup server.Easy to configure basic LAMP make us to live server with code in no time.

Ubuntu is good for privacy and security. Ubuntu provides a lot more security than Windows this less prone to virus attacks and hacking
What do you dislike about the product?
Ubuntu is not as user friendly as Windows.Simple things like storing a file can also be complicated in Ubuntu. Ubuntu also does not support or only provides limited support for some of popular applications

Ubuntu is an open source operating system and required minimum resources to work. Unlike Windows, Ubuntu can run at a much lower specs system and does not have lag or freezing problems

As we know ubuntu is best for control, speed and flexibility that once you learned Ubuntu Linux then there you can use that knowledge for other servers too, and the only exception is windows.

there are many at least for me but the worst is hardware compatibility. Also if you are not from a technical background then installing the app, taskbar usage, and installing basic codec software for media playing are the biggest challenges

I have two aws servers that are on an ubuntu server machine so I must have to be on the same platform so that I solve my errors locally than on the AWS ubuntu server. Also once you have enough experience on ubuntu server then you have so much control over GUI based interface

Still there are many bugs in it as well as many softwares are not supported.

It's an environment which one can install on all kinds of systems whether for personal use or server use. It helps me in my day to day work as well as server hosting.
