Os for development and automation
What do you like best about the product?
As a Linux based Operating system, I get a lot of flexibility in using commands to get most of the things done. Easier to download softwares, debug, automate the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lags a bit on the graphical designs in camparision with windows, may not be easy for lame man to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu is an open source Linux based operating. Since it's open source, it can be installed free of cost on production servers in comparison to other paid alternatives. Also, we could use the same OS from development till production avoiding discrepancies in the code behaviour due to change in OS

Is free and is a great desktop Linux version with many usable features.

I would say that some software might not work due to being Linux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use a machine with out consuming much resources.
Stable and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
It is similar to base Debian, so almost anything will run on it. Its advantage over regular Debian is the availability of quality, paid remote support from Canonical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Snap packages can be a bit annoying. I would like it if they weren't installed by default when running sudo apt install and instead limited only to the snap command.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a stable base to run a myriad of applications. Ubuntu Server allows me to do this without having to worry about stability. I can also have peace of mind that if something goes wrong, Canonical can help.

We use Ubuntu OS as a base for our product, and it's been a great choice so far. We were able to build our app on top of it, and it was a success. The integration of ready-to-use features such as Bluetooth and video capability is amazing!

The cradle of developers
