What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu is a more secure, resource-friendly, fully customized OS for Desktop computing.
It does not need many installations to run, and I like more the feature of window tiling. It requires simple Hardware/Software to run/work on the system.
This OS contains a lot of apps compared to other OS
The great thing is that It is free/open source for personal and professional usage and is easy to install.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few popular software like Adobe, mp3 etc. does not support this OS..
Switching from Ubuntu OS to another is not comfortable.
If you would like to install some apps, you should do this by Command prompt only, not by clicking on the window.

Ubuntu server is very reliable, and also there are a lot of online documents and guides

I had to overcome a huge learning curve when I started using it. Also customer support is paid and not free.

Ubuntu server is solving the issue of security. It is highly secure and comes with regular security updates

Ubuntu is an open-source operating system that can customize according to the user's desire
One of the best operating systems with greater security and almost free of malware

The best thing about Ubuntu is that it is a safe system, I don't worry so much about viruses, because they are rarer. It is also a system that allows me to have a greater scope in development and tests at the command level.

Something that I don't like is that it is very difficult to adapt to the system when you come from systems like Windows. In addition to the fact that sometimes it becomes a bit unstable from so many updates that are received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an administrator it is easier to have the computers in order since with other systems many viruses are downloaded because users wander into any type of content and with ubuntu I feel a little more secure knowing that in the endpoint part we have a better security level.

Ubuntu has some limits, like its limited commercial support; although it is a super extensive range, some special devices may be limited in that way.

Considering that some devices are old and Ubuntu doesn't discontinue them yet, that's cool on their part!! Also, an easy operating system for beginners!!!

easy to navigate, the most secured, free and open source operating system, no need for high-level hardware architecture and easy to customize the best choice to learn and surf with the cybersecurity
What do you dislike about the product?
First of all it is not a big deal, but ubuntu does not support the games, which led me to use the dual boot solution on my personal computer and toggle to Windows to spend some time gaming

It is highly stable, and I didn't remember facing any lag before. As well as, the developers are frequently publishing a version for bug fixing. it did not consume from the hardware efficiency
