Rapid release cycle: Ubuntu Server follows a fast release cycle with new versions every six months

A really efficient and light operating system for those you know how to use it
What do you like best about the product?
It is my favorite linux based OS in the sense that it is light, very smooth so reduces time in basically doing anything and especially if you are into coding and software development. It is free and very easy to work with if you are even a beginner at Linux and it has a great community for support as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really dislike is that since it is Linux based it is not as user friendly for people who are not comfortable with Linux. In terms of development it is not that great at developing games on it as it can have some compatibility issues

It has its own space as a Linux based simple and lightweight OS which is open source and has great community support

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ubuntu Dektop is the Command line terminal. With this terminal you can literary do anything in the whole OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i most dislike is the drivers of the Ubuntu like bluetooth and wifi. Some times they dont initialize sometimes due to which there lot of issues. to resolve this we need to restart the os.

It helps me a lot in my code development and Ubuntu is heading towards a developer friendly environment, which makes it ideal for coders to work productively

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about Ubuntu is its free open source nature, it is of free license and is uses much less resources than other Operating System. It also provides additional layer of Privacy features, like changing ownership of files, anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Ubuntu has a lot of features, it is not so easy to use and requires a bit of research whenever we try to do something and also it is not suitable for gaming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu is solving a problem which is providing free license free product to the users. Also privacy features like we can use access permissions, read, write permissions while assigning ownerships to user, group and others.

I am linux geek, loved the GUI features and easy to use interface. It really helped me transition from windows to full time linux platform.

Hefty on the cpu, it get's slower as more you use it. And display resizing is still buggy for me in the virtualbox.

It's trying to make linux mainstream and I am loving my transition from windows 10

The OS is reliably fast and highly customisable. It has highly performant default software. In built themes are good too. Snapcraft makes it easy to discover, install and upgrade software on the device. The community is vast and will help you find solutions to your problems pretty quickly.

Nothing much. Almost everything that I need from an OS is available for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cheaper than the licensed OSes like Mac or Windows. Ease of use and installing is straight forward. Open source and community support.

I think it's the most versatile and easy-to-use and implement, user-friendly software. Apart from that, the ease of using Linux is also best for me.

It offers a steep learning curve is someone does not know about Linux environment.

The problem that it solves for me is providing a clean development environment for me to work on my company's projects and also it provides me an easy to use command line utility so that I can get things done quickly since I'm a linux expert.
