What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ubuntu is it's easy to use and it offers a smooth interface for beginners. As it's an open source so anyone can use it and impliment it. It also provide security by providing frequent updates.
It is easy to integrate as it runs smoothly even on old hardware and it has great customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most important thing is some of the important sofware/ products are not supported by ubuntu. The frequency of use updates sometimes gets delayed on ubuntu as compared to other OS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part about ubuntu is it's free OS as many of users like face face cost issue with other OS but ubuntu being free is a great help. ubuntu has regular security updates so it's very secure. And it has a great customer support so no user has to struggle for customer support as it's great.

Easy to install, easy to configure, long term support, have a complete security features, easy to integrate with many services and developed based on community.

Not all hardware supported, you need the support from community or their support services to make hardware compatible.

We can create many cloud services, deploy many software application in it and manage databases.

Ubuntu servers are fast, reliable, and notably user-friendly compared to other tech servers. Their implementation is straightforward, offering a broad array of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find with Ubuntu servers is that they occasionally require extensive initial setup.

Ubuntu is excellent at handling large software applications without consuming excessive RAM, which ultimately helps reduce operating costs compared to other systems.
Reliable OS for application and web hosting
What do you like best about the product?
As a user I love how secure and hassle free Ubuntu Core is. It's like having a rock solid foundation for my IoT devices. The fact that it's virtually impossible for something to go wrong with the OS is a huge relief also being able to update everything with a single click without worrying about breaking anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike in this product as it has sufficient features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security features are top-notch. I know my devices are protected from the latest threats without me lifting a finger and the automatic updates are incredible no more downtime or compatibility issues It's like having a reliable, self healing system also the ability to manage all my devices from one place is a huge time saver.

Ubuntu is open source and reliable developed on top of Linux kernel which is one of the most secure operating systems in the world

Ubuntu as it is developed on top of Linux is a bit complex to use for non technical users. Plus the operating system doesn't come prepacked with an office suite of which is the most essential requirement in an operating system

Ubuntu is primarily used to setup web server environment for web applications. The operating system provides a great support for integration with CI/CD environments

I am using Ubuntu Desktop from 5 years, experience is very good. I am also getting regular updates.

Maybe better UI/UX. For new users may be it is difficult to understand initially.

I am software developer, and I am using it from very beginning of my career. It provides very ease of installing my necessary library / plugins which I required in my development work.

What do you like best about the product?
Being an open source OS it allows me to install and use a wide variety of tools freely without having to worry about security. It also provides easy access to kernels making it dev friendly. The online community available provides quick resolutions to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excessive reliance on terminal and not enough UI to get through can scare beginners. Also frequent major version updates makes it a little hard to work with in the long run

It runs on Cloud servers to facilitate operations. Mainly utilised for making changes to data and running programmes on the server through remote access

Because of the lighweight of ubuntu core the boot is quicker and more gives a more responsive development experience. This allows me to iterate faster and focus on what matters
