Efficient and scalable
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic optimization, maintaining quality; intuitive interface; possibility of resizing, filters, and cropping; compatible with various programming languages and fast loading. These are the points I found most attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is limited, latency may be influenced depending on the region, and the media is tied to the service.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like and appreciate most about Cloudinary is the ability to resize images, work on their quality, especially when dealing with the demand for product promotion images. Often we receive images with low proportion and dimension, and Cloudinary assists in editing these images, making them much more applicable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the price of the premium plan is a hindrance, it requires an investment, as the free plan is limited. The understanding of the tool as well, I believe that clearer and more interactive documents and manuals help in understanding how to use the tool at its best performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudinary is assisting me in editing product images, where the images are captured by third parties and do not come in a standard proportion and quality of dimension. I am able to edit and standardize the images according to the need.

Quick and simple commands, plus the free package is not enough for what I need.

The tutorial could be richer in details in the step-by-step instructions.

One of the easiest SDKs to integrate for on-the-fly image transformations
What do you like best about the product?
This was so easy to setup, install, and load the SDK into my software. We were able to scale our application to accept millions of user images very quickly. Integration took just a few hours and the support and documentation on their website is very easy to follow. They have so many features for image transformations that saved us countless hours of cusotm development. We used Cloudinary daily for 8 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is their admin control panel - which they keep changing the UI so it's hard for me to find things. Once I get used to sofware I don't expect such dramatic changes to the control panel. Other than that, no issues - a great product.

Image hosting, image optimization and helping us focus on other business related requirements instead of building complex image pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly highlight the technical support, which is quick and effective. Impressive image optimization. I recommend Cloudinary to any company looking for efficient media management solutions.

Could improve the design a bit more, but nothing that affects the functionalities.

Thanks to Cloudinary, we are able to provide a rich multimedia experience to our users with minimal effort, especially compared to implementing and maintaining an in-house solution.

Ease of use:
Downloading a folder that contains all of the pictures from a campagin is useful. Especially since it's a faster download compared to how other manufactureres provide the pictures.

What do you dislike about the product?
The way all files are stored in a tradional computer type folder system. Sometimes you have to go through 5 folders to find the picture you are after. If there was better organization tools this could help.

Having access to OEM pictures in quick and uniform way.
A tool whose effectiveness makes it easy to forget
What do you like best about the product?
Optimisation and automatic generation of images adapted to each device. A real plus for easily optimising the user experience and the KPIs associated with CoreWeb Vitals. The solution is easy to integrate thanks to the wide range of frameworks supported. It's a tool that knows how to make itself invisible while providing real added value. It's becoming an essential part of our day-to-day business. The support team is very responsive, and I've used it to deal with invoicing issues and have always received a fast, efficient response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monitoring of consumption and usage could be improved. The indicators are fairly poor. It would also be good to be able to filter out unhelpful bots that consume credits. Caching is very good, sometimes too good. It's quite difficult to make an image cache expire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to manipulate existing images to adapt them to the new constraints of a design system. What's more, the optimisation and automatic generation of images adapted to each device is also a real performance booster.
