DocuClipper makes my life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Docuclipper is easy to use and extracts data quickly. I can import to Xero seamlessly. The price is fair and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the worse thing about DocuClipper is that I didn't know about it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes my clients cannot access bank downloads and only have bank statement pdfs. DocuClipper allows me to work on historical bank reconciliations and import the data into Xero.
DocuClipper is an invaluable time saver

Converting documents to useful CSV files in accounting software has been superb!

Once you get the statement reconciled the update is a bit subtle

It is so easy to import Financial Transactions from bank statements! I have saved hundreds of hours preparing financial accounting reports for conservatorships and Living Trusts!!!

I do not have any dislikes to report on this product. It is well thought out and meets my needs

For anyone involved with financial accounting for conservatorships and living trusts, this product is a definite must! It eliminates the need for manual entries. You can easily export to csv or xlsx for your use.

The data transfer to excel was super quick, customer support were quick to reply to my query and the tool can save a lot of time for many online tasks

In all honesty, nothing it's been a very good tool to have.

The tool transferred large amounts of seperate and several PDF documents over to one combined excel file

Fast conversion of most pdf statements into Excel. Bespoke templates for most banks. No steep learning curve. Keeps improving. Good support. the reconciliation feature acts as a self-check. Pricing is well-matched to the value you get.

Occasionally it makes a mess of the dates formatting spitting out a mixture of US and GB date format from the same statement.

The size of the window on the screen when looking at transactions, I wish it was bigger so I didn't have to scroll so much.

After a long search I've finally found the best bank statement converter. DocuClipper provides a very user friendly interface and no additional editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked an option to pay per page instead of another plan when you run out of pages.

I found the platform very intuitive and easy to use. I used it to convert bank statements to a format I could import into my accounting software, and DocuClipper did not disappoint!

I didn't find any downsides to using DocuClipper. I was happy with every aspect of the product and I'd happily recommend it to anyone.

My bank only provides statements in PDF format which my accounting software isn't able to process. Using DocuClipper, I was able to upload the correct file formats, saving me hours!
