What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration, High speed and reliable, Capable of ingest huge amount of data at any time.

Integration sometimes become complex with microsoft based applications, Support service are not like enterprise level

It is helping us in ingesting event logs and company listing search index result over website. It improved our application performance by 2x.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way how the web crawler is scraping all the contents in the website and producing all those details via a search functionality. It makes the developer life more easy by not doing code changes regarding the search functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of it is high as well as they are providing very little trial time. As a high price service provider, they need to provide more time to explore and adapt the technologies and service they are offering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complete website functionality has been implemented here, it solves the customers life more easy, by typing the actual content they want & get the desired results in a short time. They don't need to explore the whole site for to just get a simple result

- Elasticsearch has a very good speed of search along with the ability to ingest any kind of unstructured data.

- Documentation is often very confusing.
- Error reporting is not clear sometimes due to which it takes time to debug the queries.

We are using elasticsearch to store eCommerce product details using Kafka and log-stash. Elasticsearch has very good speed and its easy to ingest data using Python.

Setup is a snap. With some JavaScript and an HTML tag, you can be up and running in no time. Administration and analytics is also intuitive, making training optional for marketing staff that want to analyze data right away. It allows you to weight your search, add synonyms, examine useful insights and extend with engagement modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. Elasticsearch can be extended in many different ways, and some of them, like adding images to search, will require learning how to properly tag content and allocating time to add those tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although we already had an enterprise search tool built in to our CMS, Elasticsearch was easier to install, configure and administer than what was already built in. The search results were also cleaner and more relevant. In some instances, we wanted to manually make some pages always rank at the top - and manual tweaking was also easy. Most of all, it's a big win for our visitors, who can always get relevant search results that takes them to the content that they need.

1. It doesn't support multi language requests and response.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Elasticsearch in our app for auto-completion and did-you-mean functionality. Auto-completion functionality helps point users to relevant documents as they type. `did-you-mean` functionality allows correcting queries with typos and suggesting the most relevant search request to users.

Elasticsearch does what it claims. It is very efficient and fast with great searching capabilities. Recommended for SMB's to large enterprises.

Most of its functionalities are totally flexible, in every aspect relatively known and frequently used by the users that govern these software installations, including its initiative stage in any platform in which it is going to be integrated, to get I take advantage of its very collaborative tools, which allow easier and more fluid access, including that its support system is very bold and strong, since it offers the precise and necessary answers, for the problems that arise with this program, with a rapidity extraordinary.

There are drastically no configuration options to index documents made from word or any PDF format, mostly to customize them to our most conducive and demanding environments, which we want to capture in the system, which is a problem that is not intended for the complete comfort of users who stay on this platform, highlighting that it would be quite useful if this function is available for familiar personal use.

This software is a sophisticated and understandable tool in most of its collaborative efforts that it has designed in its programming, I mainly like Swiftype since it is a very powerful fluid administrator and provider, in other aspects we could consider that it is the best in its class, when we address information issues that it offers in large proportions to all establishments that come to integrate this system into their platforms, including large companies, thanks to its rapid and effective development.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be determined that this software, although it has incredible tools that promote good operation, we can highlight that these virtues have a negative aspect, and this is that it is expensive in each function it has designed, which is not appropriate for companies low category in work performance, mainly due to the simple fact that they cannot meet the constant payment established by Swiftype, being a minimal problem, which does not affect their processes, but economically on a large scale.

We use Swiftype to a large extent mainly because it provides us with a search system, with very balanced information in its diverse variety, especially for online digital marketing, since it allows us to carry out research about the pages where we can perform our service, and on a multiple scale, which benefits us in a considerable proportion, and sometimes we use it for more explicit purposes about our own site to mostly view the platform from a good point of view.

It is ideal for companies that are structurally virtual, and need a powerful and solid search manager, which allows them to investigate their priorities on a large scale and at a fairly considerable and fast speed, which accesses a better flow, including that you can look for any objective that is proposed because it has an extensive information base in its main panel, the reason why to manage your inquiries more efficiently without any kind of problem or interruption by nefarious advertisements.

It should be noted that the interface that it contains in all the search managers that the software has, are totally incredible, since it contains information quite relevant to what the system is based on, in terms of functions, transmitting a modern and luxurious appearance to at the same time, so that large companies can focus on this multi functional service, naming certain keywords on their home page that make the content shorter, but at the same time more powerful, which I love unlimited when viewing it.

We can critically determine that Swiftype contains very high costs, which can be a fairly significant problem, since each package with different and improved functionality contains a different cost each, which could be a margin of availability for companies with a smaller development, that is, it does not reach the financial monthly payments that the software requires for its operation on a particular platform.

We use Swiftype to a large extent, because we can manage content in an easy way with open source, which means that we can establish searches of any type without any kind of problem, mentioning that the results that it interprets once the investigation is compromised requested, it executes it in a very fast and concrete way, without excluding that we use it mostly to manage these useful resources since they are precise and all the information stored therein is very relevant.
