The aspect of platform technology being able to integrate best in class for what ever the need
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are not yet fully developed. Would like more out of the box fullty in depth integrations such as with Avalara Use Tax and being able to manage inventory usage as a use tax.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a flexible, adaptable tool that works well for our business. We can customize workflows to streamline processes and document what happened, when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normal software glitches can happen, but nothing out of the ordinary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based, adaptable to our processes. It takes our data and makes it widely available and allows us to measure things we've never been able to measure before.

The variety of classes available and hearing how other businesses are using all the product features

The current interface, excited about the new UI

Ease of cutting stock purchase orders for us now

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the user learning curve, and the admin capabilities for low-code no-code features, as well as a browser interface for most advance tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of my concerns are iin the reporting areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is avaialble for our legacy customers on very old systems to upgrade quickly and see results fast, as well as take advantage of many 3rd party integration connections.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to engage with presenters in real time and get feedback on issues specific to my work and my Company and also hear about the experieces of otherss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be a little nitpicky with certain functionalities. If your knowledge on those specific inputs is not there you could be missing out on one simple element to make you workflow run and think that its just not working and give up on it altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of manual spreadsheets that we have to pull for financial reporting and Acumatica helps to pull that information more readily and easily. This is especially useful for our year end audits.

It's versatility is great, we use it for all aspects of our business
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about acumatica would be the processing times and slow DB queries that are happening on the backend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps us with pushing in Sales Orders, Purchase orders, manufacturing.
Platform is good, but has a steep learning curve.
What do you like best about the product?
Having worked extensively with GIs, they are great when you know what you're doing, but often frustrating if you don't. I've had people who haven't worked with them before break an existing GI requiring hours of work to fix the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I kind of addressed this already. Steep learning curve, but overall a good platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used primarily by our finance and logistics department. For their needs, its a good system.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy manging of the DTC customers, sales orders, shipping, invoicing etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report designer tool is a bit hard to use

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill down and to use generic inquiries to get the data that I need. High flexibility to do customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed is not always the best. A lot of out of the box reports and features required heavy customziations to cater to our needs, which was not what we were told would need to happen when we did our requirements assessment. A lot of items that we wanted once we actually started our implementation, we were told that our company is a little more complex than what Acumatica normally does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to bring a lot of reporting tools into one system. However, some reports and analysis seem to run a lot slower in Acumatica.
