The number of sessions and diversity of topics discussed.

Not much, the implimentation team we used was not the greastest to start, but seeing all the possiblitites live here has taken a huge weight off our shoulders.

The platform is quick and efficient at getting the information we need in a timely fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily automate processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features take more intential inputs that require more detailed learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of sales orders and the ability to store multiple levels of customer data.
Like the real time information.

Getting information by drilling down, and it is real time.

Mostly, the learning curve has taken awhile, and the implementation was a little overwhelming.

Giving us the accounting data on a real time basis.
Growing with Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and ease in reporting data. I spend my entire reporting and analyzing data on a financial level and Acumatica gives me the opportunity to do every deep dive I have imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extraordinary flexibilty can also be a pitfall in reconciliation if you are not comparing reports that are apples to apples. The learning curve in the early stages of Acumatica or identifying apples can take a little time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is helping provide extensive sales analysis opportunities and opening new doors in marketing to increase sales for the future.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use the system. All of the modules basically work the same way, it is very easy to extract data from the system, & it's easy to run reports. We have customized reports easily & now have the ability to do more analytics than we ever have before.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a rough implementation. We are getting better each day though & making our way through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of inventory discrepencies in the past. Acumatica is helping us validate the raw materials when it comes in, use it, follow the movement of locations, & helps us know what we are really using. It helps us better cost our products.
