Great ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Customization, robustness and connectivity

Poor VARs, lack of experts, still learning Shopify and Amazon connections

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to manuver in the program is ridiculous. The ability to quickly diagnosed what our company does well and what went wrong on a job helped us make quick improvements and changes which delivered profits strainght to the bottom line!
What do you dislike about the product?
My lack of knowledge on all the program has to offer. It is extremely robust and powerful. It can provide even more than I know and knowing is half the battle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has provided clear insight into ll our jobs. The ability to capture data from the field and quickly apply it to the proper job has allowed us quick visabiliity into job profitabvility. This has helped to diagnose the difference between a profitable job and a struglling job. It has helped us make quick changes to our bidding and estimating which has resulted in increase profit and less fade on our job's margins.

Acumatica is easy to use, navigate, and find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fixed asset module is clunky and could use some work. It often makes you jump through hoops in order to achive your end result.

Accounts payable and fixed asset workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the useful reports they are able to provide. It gives our company the ability to see our strugles and find a way to clean them up
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to custimize dashboards with backgrounds and or diffrent colors. Not a big problem but I really enjoy the actual product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outstanding POs and providing a report so I can see where we have items that need to be paid.
For my first Acumatica summit this has exceeded my expectations.

The demos included in the workshops that use real world scenarios

I would say the workshops go by a little too quickly.

Bringing Business to the Modern Cloud based ERP
What do you like best about the product?
The community which is comprised of all aspects of the ecosystem. The ease of learning and the ROI vs the competition is unparalleled. Customizations if required are easy to perform and work with future versions of the Platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Value Addred Reseller model, if you have a good VAR its great, but if you have an under performing VAR it can be diffict to disolve that relationship and persure a replacemnet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIth the Integrated CRM, Proejcts, and Field Services modules we are able to go from Opportunity to AR Invoice all in one system. Reduding Employee Data manipulation and increasing customer satisfaction, while reducing the Opportunity to Cash time buy signifigant amounts.

Acumatica is very customizable to fit business needs regardless of insdustry

While flexible, it can be disorienting understanding what to do in a particular process and what the impact can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is our financial and inventory source of truth. We integrate it with our data warehouse which supplies all of our integrations,
+10 years, still learning. Still the best ERP.

The possibility to customize it to be more business-specific, built-in connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customizations can he slow to publish, GI could be more like SQL (like, in, etc.)

We were using an old ERP and it was slow, it was a concrete solution and we ended up upgrading to Acumatica.
