Best ERP for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to teach. Functionality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a very robust native WMS system yet. Would like to not have to pay another vendor for this.

It has helped us come from a less friendly ERP

Has some desirable features that we are learning to use.

Still very new to the software and so do not fully understand the design.

Acumatica is replacing an outdated ERP that is no longer supported.
Acumatica is Powerful as long as you can figure how to maximize it.

Very versatile. I know it can do pretty much anything I throw at it, given I know what I'm doing.

Getting it initially set up was and still is a challenge.

More real time view of the acumatica product and also ensure we lot track each product we bring in and out. Way better than Aptean

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Acumatica is the ability to customize it to meet needs. Generally, there are many ways that can be taken advantage of that don't require coding, but when a new field or bit of logic is necessary, it is possible to make those updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not having visibility into the sql tables when using saas unless i create a test environment and import a snapshot. Snapshots often break down due to size. Also, if a laptop isn't perfectly set up with IIS and SQL Server, it is very difficult to fix. I've followed the instructions several times and had to move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica will solve our manufacturing issues, once it is set up properly. We are still in the pain stage of poor initial implementation and I also haven't been here very long yet, so can't answer more thoroughly.
