Coming from a on-prem ERP has a little learning curve not having access to run sql quieries

Acumatica provides us with a modern solution to run the business while lowering overhead and TCO
My review of Acumatica - Manufacturing
What do you like best about the product?
The best about Acumatica to me is the fact that it is highly customizable. Without even needing to code, you can utilize GIs to manipulate and create almost anything when it comes to the data within Acumatica. Coded customizations and 3rd Party softwares further that capability.
Another thing I like is that they have a wide and responsive community forum.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike about Acumatica is that it is very tough to undo miniscule mistakes when it comes to receiving, invoicing, shipping, etc. While yes in a robust operation, these errors shouldnt happen if a company has scanners/flushed out processes but for smaller companies where human error and manual processes are prevalent it can provide lots of hardships trying to fix the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is helping me provide better solutions and readily accessible data to provide to executives that can cover profit margins, production capacity, work distribution, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited licenses was a huge selling point for our organization. We made the switch last year and we have a wide range of users from "super users" that are heavy acumatica users in their roles all the way to people that only use it once or twice a month in the performance of their roles and the overwhelming response from everyone has been positive. Ease of use and familiarity with our old system (Dynamics SL) have been two key positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expense approval process within acumatica is cumbersome. It would be nice if after completing an approval and releasing it that it would automatically move me to the next approval on my list. Also a preview of the invoice would be nice as opposed to having to click the files and open it in another window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling the dashboards for all key decision makers has solved issues for us. Along with our warehouse guys being able to complete inventory transactions from their phone has been a huge help.

I love the serial tracking and being able to locate equipment no matter who you supplied it to

User friendly. Ability to pull information quickly into reports that allow for proper financial reporting

Currently nothing. Product is seamless and functions great for our type of business.
