You pick a contract based on two choices: your partner type and your channel count. Partner type is either Premium or Guest, which sets your role on the platform. Channel count is the number of Buyer Channels you connect, offered at up to 10 or up to 25. This creates four combinations: Premium with 10 channels, Guest with 10 channels, Premium with 25 channels, and Guest with 25 channels. Pricing scales as you move from 10 to 25 connected channels within each partner type. Each unit represents one partner connected to the chosen number of channels.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Buyer Channel for billing purposes?
A Buyer Channel is a connection to a professional travel Buyer, such as a Tour Operator, Wholesaler, or Online Travel Agency. Each connected Buyer counts toward your channel limit. Your contract allows up to 10 or up to 25 such connections, based on the option you choose.
What is the difference between a Premium Partner and a Guest Partner?
Both partner types connect the same number of Buyer Channels within your chosen limit. The difference is your role and standing on the platform. Premium and Guest set how you participate as a partner. Beyond that role distinction, the channel count you select drives how the contract scales.
Does my cost change if I connect more Buyer Channels within my limit?
No. Your contract sets a fixed ceiling of up to 10 or up to 25 channels. You pay for that tier regardless of how many channels you actually connect below the cap. To go past your ceiling, you move to the higher channel option for your partner type.
