You buy HERE Tour Planning under a contract with three tiers based on how many vehicles, or Assets, you plan each month. Starter covers up to 10 Assets and 7,000 transactions. Basic covers up to 30 Assets and 21,000 transactions. Pro covers up to 50 Assets and 35,000 transactions. Each step up raises both the Asset count and the included monthly transaction volume together. Transactions count the total locations processed per request, including starting points, destinations, and stops. You pick the tier that matches your fleet size and monthly planning activity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An Asset maps to a vehicle in your fleet that you include in a planning request. Each tier caps the number of Assets you can plan per month, from up to 10 in Starter to up to 50 in Pro. Vehicle types can include truck, van, scooter, and electric vehicles.
Each request counts transactions equal to the sum of all locations processed. This includes starting points, destination points, and stops. A request covering many stops uses more transactions than one with few stops. Your monthly transaction allowance scales with your tier alongside the Asset count.
Both move together. Each tier pairs an Asset cap with a matching monthly transaction allowance. Starter allows 10 Assets and 7,000 transactions, Basic 30 Assets and 21,000 transactions, Pro 50 Assets and 35,000 transactions. Pick the tier where both your fleet size and monthly location volume fit.
