Dimensions summary
You subscribe to one of four plans, each set by how many API requests you can make per month. The Basic Plan gives you 9,000 requests monthly. The Pro Plan raises that to 125,000. The Ultra Plan covers 750,000, and the Mega Plan allows 2,000,000. These are tiers built on the same service, so you pick a plan based on your expected monthly request volume. Pricing scales with capacity: higher request allowances cost more. You pay through a contract, and each request classifies text into predefined categories.

One request is a single API call that classifies a piece of text into predefined categories. Each classification call you send counts as one request. Your plan sets how many of these calls you can make each month before the quota resets.
Each plan sets a fixed number of requests per month. On AWS Marketplace, pricing covers the requests within your plan's monthly allowance. Overage or "per extra" usage beyond the quota is handled through a separate marketplace, not through your AWS Marketplace subscription. Choose a plan that fits your expected monthly volume.
