    Overview

    In this solution abra delivers a secure, scalable AWS foundation (“Landing zone”) and an ITSM-ready operating model. We design and implement an AWS multi-account structure and baseline controls aligned to AWS Well-Architected best practices, including identity, networking, logging, security guardrails, observability, and cost governance. The engagement includes repeatable infrastructure-as-code patterns and runbooks to help your teams operate consistently from day one. We also help you deploy containerized modern applications of your choice using IaC on Amazon ECS or Amazon EKS, along with the data store you choose (relational, NoSQL, in-memory, search, or analytics).

    To make the environment ITSM-ready, we configure Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM) service desk structure, request types, SLAs, and knowledge workflows, and integrate operational signals from AWS into JSM to streamline incident and change processes. Where applicable, we implement native AWS integrations and automation (e.g., AWS Service Catalog for standardized provisioning, AWS Systems Manager for operational tasks, AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and alerts) so service requests can trigger governed changes and automated workflows.
