What do you like best about the product?
Ooyala is a good video content workflow management system that we use at a department level for our digital marketing campaigns. It makes it easy to manage video content with features for data management, content distribution, and analytics. It can be easily integrated with multiple platforms at the same time and that really solves multiple challenges at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ooyala's integration with the ad serving platform is not as good in terms of user interface and user experience.The user interface could be improved (making it more like YouTube and Vimeo).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics is the key to understand user behavior that will help organizations build on KPIs, and Ooyala's analytics features do that so well and give you an insight into customer behavior. Ooyala's capability to integrate with Slack makes it easier for the team to be on the same page and work towards the same direction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Ooyala and would recommend this product to my fellow business associates because it's user-friendly, and it offers tons of insights into our businesses posted video content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Ooyala!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide custom video content to our clients and this platform allows us to share trusted and accurate video data (like views, reach, engagement, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Ooyala videos are easily integratabtle with many platforms. The resources are easy to locate in the application and it is the main video style that is supported by Drupal. The site is accessible attached to either a company intranet or personal connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site itself is rather unreliable at times and crashes rather easily. The site is rather outdated compared to other competitors and is not as easy to use as Youtube for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is standardizing the different videos we are uploading to our various sites so that we can easily locate and store them on Ooyala.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ooyala gets the job done, but the embedded URLs do require some editing, specifically in Drupal. The site is at times unreliable and will require you to reload the video multiple times, though the process is rather quick overall.

Ooyala does take an experienced team to master, as it has multiple, in-depth elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content distribution, as well as the data analytics that support it, can be beneficial tools to any organization once they're utilized to the fullest.

Ooyala can be overwhelming when first considering it. Get with their team to determine how the service can work best for you, depending on your industry.

This is a feature-rich, flexible product with strong delivery and performance.

Integration with Ooyala's own ad serving platform is not as straightforward as you might expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required a video solution that was reliable enough for large audiences and flexible enough to accommodate different video models e.g. subscription services. Ooyala has a range of integrations that make it a scalable tool for different use cases.
