What do you like best about the product?
It has an intuitive design and easy UI. The web editor is quite helpful in managing news content management and distribution. AI is integrated and workflows are easy to make. Analytics is a plus point. File sharing is good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online popularity of this tool is not great. People have to take some time to get used to it. The software is slow at times, owing to AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing news management and distribution across social platforms using this tool.

Their easy-to-learn tools and the courses they offer
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much from my experience so far, though; the system sometimes crashes, which is typical for software, so it isn't much of a big deal unless it's going to happen numerously in one sitting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing yet that the system is concerned. The problem I encountered was on my end.
