ListerLeo is Vendidit's visual intelligence platform for warehouse auction management scan items in, let ListerLeo identify and catalog them into lots, then pick and export ready-to-list auctions to the platforms you already sell on.
ListerLeo is part of Vendidit's visual intelligence product suite the same identification technology behind GlobalSKU's product recognition and pricing now applied to auction operations.
Scan items as they come into the warehouse and ListerLeo's visual intelligence identifies them, writes titles and descriptions, and groups them into lots automatically. From there, items are tracked through put-away and picking, right up through sale day, with a clear record of where every lot lives and what's in it. When a lot is ready, export it directly to the auction platforms you already sell on including HiBid, with more integrations added as the platform grows instead of re-keying listings by hand.
Built for auction houses, estate sale companies, and resellers and liquidators running recurring auctions out of a warehouse, ListerLeo replaces manual cataloging and re-listing with a single scan to sale workflow built specifically for the auction business, not general warehouse inventory.

This listing offers one pricing dimension: a Month-to-Month plan billed per unit with no commitment. You pay for the unit count you select and can cancel anytime. The plan gives you the warehouse management platform from day one, so there are no feature tiers to compare. Pricing scales with the number of units you choose. Additional team members are billed separately on a monthly per-user basis, each with role-based access. There are no upfront lump sums under this plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for billing on this Month-to-Month plan?
A unit maps to one organization subscription that unlocks the warehouse management platform. It covers unlimited items, AI photo recognition, price research, all export templates, scheduling, the 9-report analytics dashboard, mobile access, and multi-warehouse support. Team members beyond the base are billed separately per person each month.
If I add warehouse staff, how does my monthly cost change?
The base plan unlocks the platform. Each additional team member adds a separate monthly per-user charge. Those extra seats include role-based permissions, barcode login badges, and productivity analytics. Your cost grows with each person you invite, so staffing size drives most of the variable spend.
What drives my bill — the base plan or the number of team members?
Two charges combine on the same invoice. The base subscription is a fixed monthly amount for the platform. Added team members bill separately per person per month. For small teams the base dominates; as you invite more staff, the per-user charges become the larger portion.
