IT-Conductor SUMMon is an enhancement to SAP Software Update Manager (SUM), designed to overcome the inherent limitations of SAP native tools. SAP SUM is widely used for upgrades, conversions, and migrations, yet it offers very limited transparency, only showing current phases, lacking visibility into logs, errors, or historical data, and often relying on unreliable SUM mail alerts.
IT-Conductor SUMMon addresses these critical gaps by transforming a traditionally opaque, manual process into a collaborative and monitored workflow. It introduces dashboards for time upgrade tracking, automated log collection per phase, intelligent alerts, ticket-based incident handling, and embedded documentation like comments and screenshots.

Vendor refund policy
As per the IT-Conductor Subscription Service Agreement (aka EULA), IT-Conductor does not issue refunds for monthly or annual terms. If you are on a paid plan, you can cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription. For multi-year terms, unused years can be refunded.
