Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

EllaFin™ pricing has two parts: subscription tiers and usage-based credit add-ons. You pick one tier: Individual, Team, Department, or Enterprise. Tiers scale by included users, dashboards, reports, data sources, workflows, chat agents, and integrations. Individual covers a single user; Team and Department expand users and automation; Enterprise adds full platform access and 500 users. Four credit dimensions let you extend any tier as needed: Chat Agent Credits for custom agents, Reports Credits and Dashboard Credits beyond your tier allocation, and API Connection Credits for enabled connections. You buy credits only when you exceed your tier's limits.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An included user is one named person with platform access. The Individual tier covers 1 user. The Team tier includes 5 users. The Department tier includes 15 users plus 1 Power User who builds custom agents and workflows. The Enterprise tier supports 500 users with full platform access.
You buy usage-based credits to extend any tier. Reports Credits cover reports beyond your allocation. Dashboard Credits add interactive dashboards past your limit. Chat Agent Credits fund custom agents. API Connection Credits enable added connections. You only pay for credits once you exceed your tier's included amounts.
You pay one tier subscription that sets your included users, dashboards, reports, data sources, and integrations. Credit dimensions bill separately, only when your usage passes those included limits. The tier subscription usually drives most of the cost; credits add incremental charges for extra reports, dashboards, agents, or connections.
