Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

EllaFin uses contract pricing built around four subscription tiers: Individual, Team, Department, and Enterprise. Each tier bundles a set number of dashboards, data sources, workflows, Chat Agents, and included users. The tiers scale up from single-user access to broader access with more integrations and automation. Four usage-based credit dimensions let you add capacity beyond your tier's limits: Chat Agent Credits, Report Credits, Interactive Dashboards Credits, and API Connection Credits. You choose a base tier, then buy credits as your report, dashboard, chat, or API needs grow past what the tier includes.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each tier includes a set number of dashboards, reports, and Chat Agents. When you exceed those limits, you buy credits for the extra capacity. Report Credits, Interactive Dashboards Credits, and Chat Agent Credits each meter overage separately. You add credits only for the resource type you outgrow.
An included user is one person with access under your tier. The Individual tier covers 1 user, Team covers 5 users, Department covers 15 users plus 1 Power User who builds custom agents, and Enterprise covers 500 users with full platform access.
Yes. You pay for one base tier that sets your included dashboards, data sources, workflows, Chat Agents, and users. Credits bill on top of that when usage passes your tier's limits. The tier fee is your baseline; credits add variable cost tied to actual overage.
