Sentieon® provides award winning solutions for secondary DNA/RNA analysis for all major DNA sequencing platforms, including short and long reads. Available as a binary to run yourself or with prebuilt Ready2Run pipelines on Amazon Omics or as a private workflow in Amazon Omics.
NGS data processing applications for Germline, Somatic, RNAseq, UMI, and Joint Calling of gVCFs are supported. We can help with any species, that needs reference based alignment and variant calling. We do not currently offer any assembly tools.
Short and long read data from DNA sequencing platforms are all supported with specific purpose built pipelines for Illumina, PacBio, Ultima Genomics, Oxford Nanopore, Element Biosciences and MGI/BGI.
Our software improves upon BWA, STAR, Minimap2, GATK, HaplotypeCaller, MuTect, and MuTect2 based pipelines and is deployable on any generic-CPU(X86) or ARM-based computing system. Our products have been extensively tested and validated by customers, and have processed millions of samples. You can use our pre-built pipelines or use our modular tools to build your own data processing pipelines.

The license unlocks all the software's capabilities, so you can process as much data as you need across supported applications. You may run the same license across multiple machines, nodes, or clusters at once, whether locally or in any cloud. Technical support and updates are included for the full license term. At year-end, you renew to continue running the software.
