AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
XetaBase uses a single pricing dimension: a licence for one XetaBase seat. You pay per seat under a contract, so your cost scales with the number of seats you need. Add seats as your team grows. This is a genomic data management and variant analysis platform delivered as a licensed seat, not a usage-based or tiered plan. There are no separate instance sizes or usage add-ons to choose from on Marketplace.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one XetaBase seat for billing?
A seat is a single user licence for the platform. You buy one licence per person who needs access. Your cost scales directly with the number of seats. Add more seats as your team grows, and each additional seat is billed as another unit under the contract.
What capabilities does a XetaBase seat licence include?
Each seat gives access to the genomic variant store and tertiary analysis platform. You can ingest and harmonise variant data, run annotation, query billions of variants, and use the web dashboard. Access includes REST APIs and clients for common programming languages, plus a command line interface.
Does the seat licence limit how much genomic data I can store or query?
The Marketplace listing prices only the per-seat licence. It does not define a separate data-volume charge. The platform is built to scale from a single sample through population-scale datasets with billions of variants. For specific storage limits tied to your contract, contact the vendor.
