AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Resource Units, which are credits that cover Compute, Storage, and Data Transfer usage. Compute uses a set number of credits per hour based on deployment size and region, and you can scale it up or down. The main SingleStore Resource Units dimension covers your committed consumption. The two Overage dimensions bill extra usage that exceeds your commitment. One overage applies to Premium deployments and the other to Dedicated deployments. Credits are tied to the edition you purchase and are not interchangeable across editions. Overage usage is calculated monthly.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Resource Unit actually pay for?
Resource Units are credits that cover three usage types: Compute, Storage, and Data Transfer. Compute consumes a fixed number of credits per hour based on deployment size and region. A virtual CPU maps to one single-threaded processing core running SingleStore processes. Storage and Data Transfer draw credits separately once free allowances are exceeded.
How do the Compute, Storage, and Data Transfer charges combine into one bill?
All three draw from the same Resource Units pool but meter independently. Compute credits accrue per hour while deployments run. Storage beyond 3 TB per month consumes credits per 100 GB. Data Transfer beyond 10 TB ingress and 1 TB egress per month consumes credits by region tier. Compute typically drives most continuous workloads.
What happens if my usage exceeds the Resource Units I committed to?
Usage beyond your committed Resource Units bills as overage, calculated monthly. Premium deployments draw from the Premium overage dimension, and Dedicated deployments draw from the Dedicated overage dimension. Credits tie to the edition purchased and are not interchangeable across editions, so overage matches the edition running.
