SingleStore Helios is a fully managed, distributed SQL database designed to power modern interactive applications, AI, and real-time analytics. It can power high-performance transactional (OLTP), analytical (OLAP) workloads together with vector capabilities (GenAI) in a single engine without data movement.
With SingleStore, you can ingest millions of events per second using Pipelines while simultaneously delivering blazing-fast SQL queries on billions of rows of data. For this listing, pricing is based on On Demand usage, with charges varying according to actual usage. On Demand refers to any usage of SingleStore's cloud services that either exceeds the committed quantities in the customer's then-current agreement with SingleStore, or occurs at a time when no such commitment is in effect. Dimensions summary
You pay only for what you use across three categories. Compute credits accrue as you run SingleStore's cloud products. Storage bills on the monthly average megabytes you keep, split into four regional tiers. Egress bills on the megabytes of outbound data you move, also split into four regional tiers. The tier you fall into depends on the region where your data sits or leaves from. Compute, storage, and egress bill independently, so your total combines all three based on actual activity. SingleStore does not charge for data ingress into the platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A compute credit measures usage of SingleStore's cloud products. Workspaces consume credits per hour based on their size. Larger workspaces burn credits faster, while suspended workspaces stop accruing compute charges. Credits accrue only while a workspace runs, so idle time reduces your compute cost.
The three categories bill independently and add together. Compute credits track running workspace time. Storage bills on your monthly average megabytes stored. Egress bills on outbound megabytes moved. Compute usually drives the largest share for active workloads, while storage grows with retained data.
The tier reflects the cloud region where your data sits or leaves from. Each region maps to Tier 1 through Tier 4. Your storage and egress charges follow the tier of your chosen region. Different regions carry different per-megabyte rates for both storage and outbound transfer.
