A Cloud Asset is a discrete cloud resource the platform monitors and protects, such as a compute instance, storage bucket, identity, or container workload across your cloud accounts. Each resource counts as one asset. The platform discovers assets automatically across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Each fixed bundle covers a set asset count for the year: 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, or 10000. If your footprint grows beyond your bundle, you move to the bundle matching the new count. The per-Cloud-Asset option scales with each individual asset instead of fixed steps.
The per-Cloud-Asset option charges for each individual asset, which fits counts that fall between the fixed steps. The bundles charge one annual fee for a set count: 100 through 10000 assets. Both include the same seven CNAPP modules; only how assets are counted differs.

A customer can create support tickets after signing up to Zendesk. Multiple people from the same organization can sign up using their official email. We also offer a CHAT feature for interaction with the customer support agents. In addition, an email to support@secpod.com will also trigger a support ticket. Tickets created through any of the above means will be replied to by our customer support agents. These tickets can be tracked and monitored till resolution.
