Built on a microservices architecture, Solumina iSeries is transforming how manufacturers operate. Simplified integration, accelerated deployment, and streamlined feature additions provide an ideal framework to manage today's modern industrial digital ecosystem.
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) - a solution to plan and execute complex production processes while simplifying how people, processes, and equipment are managed across the shop floor and extended value chain. Bridge the gap between design and production systems.
Supplier Quality Management (SQM) - a solution to ease supplier inspection planning and execution, and discrepancy correction. Document an as-inspected history. Ensure supplier parts and assemblies have already passed quality inspections prior to shipment to avoid unplanned delays.
Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) - a solution to digitize MRO operations, including process planning, execution, and over and above scope management. Document an as-maintained history. Improve operational throughput while increasing asset utilization.
Solumina iSeries is based on a microservices architecture allowing for simplified integration, accelerated deployment, and easier updates.
Enterprise Quality Management is built into the core foundation of the iBASEt Digital Suite giving you the tools to enforce quality throughout your production operations.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract listing offers two independent options priced per unit. The MES (Units) dimension covers the cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System, which manages and tracks production processes on the shop floor. The Supplier Quality Mgmt (Units) dimension covers the cloud-based Supplier Quality Management System, which monitors and verifies supplier performance. You buy each separately based on the number of units you need. The two are not tiers of each other. You can select one or both, and pricing scales with the quantity of units you commit to.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for the MES and Supplier Quality Management dimensions?
The pricing table defines each dimension in units but does not specify what a unit maps to. It could reflect users, plants, or production lines. Contact the vendor to confirm how units are counted for your deployment before you commit.
How do the MES and Supplier Quality Management dimensions combine on my bill?
Each dimension bills independently based on the units you commit to. You can buy one or both. Your total is the sum of the units purchased under each dimension. Neither is a tier of the other, so adding one does not change the price of the other.
Is this cloud software hosted, or do I run it on my own infrastructure?
Both dimensions are cloud-based and delivered by subscription. The software runs on an AWS Virtual Private Cloud, so you avoid buying and maintaining hardware. The vendor provides ongoing updates. Deployment scales as you add lines or plants without new infrastructure investment.

Deltek is able to help sometimes when iBaset refuses or can't.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the CP admin person, pretty much everything I've seen/heard. The business likes somethings but we have had to customize a lot to make it work. Not adding features, etc. but just to make it work.
