These add-ons attach to the Authorium platform and fall into two groups. The connector and integration options let you link the platform to outside systems. You buy each by unit, including external API, custom, electronic signature, Service Now, and single sign-on connectors. Several require professional services to implement. The Enterprise Secure Integration Bundle packages one connector with single sign-on and sandbox access on an annual basis. A separate customer sandbox environment requires a platform subscription. AuthorAi Enterprise pricing scales by team size across five tiers, from 200 users up to an unlimited tier for any size team.

The External API Connector, Custom Connector, Enterprise Secure Integration Bundle, and Service Now Connector require professional services to implement. The Electronic Signature Connector and Single Sign-On Connector do not list that requirement. Professional services are arranged separately and are not part of the connector unit price itself.
The Customer Sandbox Environment requires an active subscription to the DPA platform, specifically the DB, EB, CA, VE, or IN modules. The sandbox attaches to that platform subscription. The Enterprise Secure Integration Bundle also includes sandbox access along with one connector and single sign-on, billed annually.
