Kibo Order Management is sold through a single dimension, Kibo OMS (Units), on an annual contract. You commit for 12 months and choose the number of units you need. Kibo bases pricing on order lines ingested rather than on the total value of your sales. This means your cost scales with order line volume, not with revenue or order value. You can start with the capabilities you need and expand over time, since the platform deploys in phases. Contact the vendor to size the unit quantity for your expected order line volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for billing?
Kibo prices by order lines ingested, not by sales value. An order line is an individual product entry on an order. One order can contain several order lines. Your unit count reflects the volume of order lines the platform processes, so higher order line volume raises your cost.
Why does cost track order lines instead of my total sales revenue?
Kibo meters usage by order lines ingested, not gross merchandise value. High-value transactions with low volume do not raise your cost. Low-margin sales are not penalized. Your bill scales only with how many order lines you process, keeping cost tied to activity rather than revenue.
Can I add capabilities or upgrade during my annual contract term?
Yes. The platform is headless and microservices-based, so you deploy modules in phases. You can add products or upgrade at any time as your needs grow. Contact the vendor to expand your unit quantity or add capabilities like reverse logistics or subscriptions.
