    Overview

    Open image

Cantier MES X.0 provides end-to-end manufacturing execution for discrete, semiconductor, electronics, automotive, aerospace, precision engineering and other complex manufacturing environments. The platform manages production orders, routing, WIP, materials, genealogy, quality, equipment, OEE and shop-floor execution while creating a trusted real-time manufacturing data foundation.

    Why it is different

MES X.0 connects production and quality across three layers: MOM for execution, AIoT for intelligence, and Cantier.ai for autonomy. Operational records provide context for manufacturing and quality insights, while copilots and specialized agents help teams investigate issues and act on findings.

Industrial IoT, a Unified Namespace, a Knowledge Graph, and a Manufacturing Ontology connect operational data and give it manufacturing context. An MCP server provides a permissioned interface for Cantier agents and your enterprise agents. MES X.0 is designed around a unified manufacturing architecture spanning production execution, quality, equipment connectivity, Industrial AIoT, Digital Twins, predictive intelligence and Agentic AI reducing integration complexity and accelerating implementation.

    Key features

    1. Production Control & Execution: Coordinate shop-floor activities and production workflows.
    2. WIP Management: Track work in progress across production stages.
    3. Material & Warehouse Management: Manage material movements and availability for production.
    4. Traceability & Genealogy: Connect material, process, and quality records for product traceability.
    5. Tooling & Packing: Coordinate tooling and packing activities within production execution.
    6. OEE & Production Performance: Measure availability, performance, and quality to identify production losses.
    7. In-Line Quality & Error Proofing: Embed quality checks and error prevention into daily workflows.
    8. Statistical Process Control & OCAP: Monitor process variation and manage out-of-control action plans.
    9. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: Investigate deviations and manage corrective and preventive actions.
    10. Production & Quality Digital Twins: Represent production and quality operations using connected operational data.
    11. Manufacturing & Quality Intelligence: Combine performance insights, Intelligent OEE, and Predictive Quality to prioritize improvements.
    12. AI Copilots & Specialized Agents: Support production and quality teams with agents for shifts, OEE, exceptions, SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
    13. Dynamic Routing, Rework & Repair: Manage alternate routing, exceptions, rework and repair loops.
    14. Digital Work Instructions & Error Proofing: Guide operators and enforce controlled manufacturing processes.
    15. Equipment & IIoT Integration: Connect machines, PLCs, sensors and industrial systems for real-time equipment and process data.
    16. Multi-Site Manufacturing Visibility: Standardize and monitor manufacturing operations across plants and geographies.

Edge-to-Cloud + Microservices Architecture MES X.0 is designed for manufacturing environments where production-critical execution must remain close to the factory. Its Edge-to-Cloud architecture enables shop-floor execution, equipment connectivity and critical manufacturing services to operate at the factory edge while enterprise visibility, analytics, Digital Twins and AI capabilities can extend into AWS. The Microservices architecture enables modular deployment, API-based integration, independent scaling and incremental modernization, so customers can deploy the capabilities required today and progressively expand without a monolithic system replacement.

Industrial AIoT & Manufacturing Context Cantier AIoT transforms equipment and operational data into contextual manufacturing intelligence using Industrial IoT, Unified Namespace, Manufacturing Ontology, Knowledge Graph, Digital Twins and predictive models. This manufacturing context connects machine signals with production orders, materials, lots, equipment, quality events and process history.

Cantier.ai - Agentic Manufacturing Cantier.ai extends MES X.0 toward governed Agentic Operations. Manufacturing copilots and specialized agents can support shift management, OEE, production exceptions, SPC, root-cause analysis, CAPA, quality and manufacturing performance. The Cantier MCP Server provides permissioned access to manufacturing context and product capabilities for Cantier.ai and approved enterprise AI agents. AI operates using trusted MES, equipment, quality and Digital Twin context and can support governed recommendations and authorized actions.

    Highlights

    • Execute production with quality built in : Coordinate production, materials, work in progress, tooling, and packing while embedding quality controls into daily operations. Traceability, statistical process control, error proofing, and corrective actions help teams manage deviations and maintain connected records.
    • Understand losses and anticipate quality risks : Track OEE across availability, performance, and quality to identify where production losses occur. Digital twins, manufacturing and quality intelligence, and predictive insights help teams understand performance and prioritize improvements.
    • Support operational action with AI : Manufacturing and quality copilots help teams interpret operational information. Specialized agents support shift management, OEE analysis, exception management, SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA through permissioned access to product capabilities.

You can purchase each unit on its own or combine them to match your factory needs.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each product bills per site. For Cantier MES and Cantier.ai, a unit is one workstation, machine, or user. For Cantier AIoT, a unit is one machine or tool, with unlimited data tags included. MES and AIoT each need at least 50 units per site. Cantier.ai allows up to 250 units per site.
Each product bills per unit per site, so adding machines or users raises the count you pay for. Cantier MES and Cantier AIoT scale upward from a 50-unit minimum per site. Cantier.ai caps at 250 units per site, so you cannot exceed that limit under one unit purchase.
You can buy each product on its own. Cantier MES handles shop floor execution. Cantier AIoT adds connectivity, data modeling, a digital twin platform, and dashboards. Cantier.ai adds agent-building tools and domain agents. Each bills independently per site, so you combine only what your factory needs.
