Atatus is an AI-SRE driven observability platform that unifies APM, logs, infrastructure, and security monitoring for engineering and DevOps teams to detect and resolve incidents faster.
Atatus is a unified observability platform built to help engineering, DevOps, SRE, and security teams monitor, understand, and improve the performance, reliability, and security of modern systems. By bringing together application performance monitoring, API intelligence, infrastructure monitoring, database monitoring, network activity, logs, and user experience into a single platform, Atatus gives your team real-time visibility and context across your entire stack.
Key Capabilities
Application Performance Monitoring (APM): Gain deep visibility into application behavior, identify bottlenecks, and optimize response times across your services running on AWS.
API Intelligence: Monitor and analyze API performance, detect anomalies, and ensure reliability of your API-driven architectures.
Infrastructure Monitoring: Track the health and performance of your AWS EC2 instances, containers, serverless functions, and other cloud resources in real time.
Database Monitoring: Identify slow queries, connection issues, and performance degradation across your database layer.
Network Monitoring: Gain visibility into network activity to detect latency issues and connectivity problems before they impact users.
Log Management and Security Analysis: Centralize logs from all your systems, correlate them with performance data, and perform security log analysis to strengthen your security posture.
Real User Monitoring: Understand how real users experience your application with detailed session data, page load metrics, and error tracking.
AI-Driven Signal Correlation
Atatus leverages AI to correlate signals across your entire observability stack. Instead of manually sifting through dashboards and alerts, your team receives intelligent insights that connect related events across applications, infrastructure, and logs - helping you identify root causes faster.
Outcomes You Can Expect
Reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR): Correlated insights and AI-driven anomaly detection help your team move from alert to resolution faster.
Improve System Reliability: Proactive monitoring and early anomaly detection help prevent outages before they impact customers.
Strengthen Security Posture: Security log analysis and network monitoring provide visibility into threats and suspicious activity.
Deliver Better User Experiences: Real user monitoring combined with APM data helps you understand and optimize the end-user experience.
Built for Modern Teams
Atatus is trusted by teams across industries who need a single platform that eliminates tool sprawl and provides unified context. Whether you are running microservices on AWS ECS, serverless workloads on Lambda, or traditional applications on EC2, Atatus provides the observability coverage you need.
AWS Integration
Deploy Atatus alongside your AWS workloads to monitor EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, and other AWS services. Centralize your AWS CloudWatch metrics, VPC flow logs, and application traces in one platform for comprehensive visibility into your cloud environment.
Highlights
Unified Full-Stack Observability: Atatus consolidates application performance monitoring, API intelligence, infrastructure monitoring, database monitoring, network activity, log management, and real user monitoring into a single platform. This eliminates tool sprawl and gives engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams correlated context across their entire stack, enabling faster root cause analysis and reducing the complexity of managing multiple monitoring solutions.
AI-Driven Anomaly Detection and Signal Correlation: Atatus uses AI to automatically correlate signals across your observability data, connecting related events across applications, infrastructure, and logs. Teams can detect anomalies early, investigate issues with intelligent insights, and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) without manually sifting through disconnected dashboards and alerts.
Security and Reliability in One Platform: Beyond performance monitoring, Atatus provides security log analysis and network monitoring to help teams strengthen their security posture while maintaining system reliability. By combining observability with security intelligence, teams can detect threats, investigate suspicious activity, and ensure both application performance and data protection from a single unified interface.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this platform through a contract that combines six independent usage-based dimensions. You pay for what you monitor. Host Hours count the hours each monitored host runs. APM Hosts and Infra Hosts count unique hosts for application and infrastructure monitoring. APM Traces count the request traces collected. Containers count unique infrastructure containers, and DBM Hosts count unique database hosts. Each dimension bills separately by unit volume, so your total scales with the size and mix of what you track. You can combine dimensions to match your monitoring needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one host for the APM Hosts, Infra Hosts, and DBM Hosts dimensions?
Each dimension counts unique hosts, not total instances of activity. APM Hosts count unique hosts running application monitoring. Infra Hosts count unique hosts running infrastructure monitoring. DBM Hosts count unique database hosts. A server monitored across two of these categories counts once in each relevant dimension.
Which dimension drives the largest share of my bill?
All six dimensions bill independently and appear on the same invoice. Your total depends on your mix. High request volume raises APM Traces. Many servers raise the host dimensions. Container-heavy Kubernetes setups raise Containers. Database-heavy workloads raise DBM Hosts. No single metric dominates for every buyer.
Am I charged when a monitored host is powered off?
Host Hours meter the hours each monitored host actually runs. A fully powered-off host stops accruing Host Hours. The unique-host dimensions count distinct hosts observed. Underlying AWS resource fees may still apply separately, but this platform meters monitored running time and unique monitored resources.
